However the first pair I got just wouldn't connect to the app no matter what I tried. I sent messages to customer support but got no response. I tried looking up solutions online but didn't find anything helpful besides returning the item. I returned it and got a second pair that connected right away to the app. However, I do find that I have to restart the app sometimes in order to connect. After using it for a few days, I found that the battery would not fully charge. I would leave it to charge before going to work or overnight and find the same battery percentage it started with. I tried swapping the adapters and trying different outlets but nothing changed. I'm sure there are better options for 400 dollars.

Love the color and the battery life but the get dinged for the fit. I have a really big head and they can fall off if I lean my head back.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared these to my BOSE QC 35 ii’s, sound quality is exactly the same, except the bass on the new 700’s is not as good as the older QC 35 ii’s on higher volume on low end bass. The QC 35 ii’s definitely deliver more bang on low end bass on high volume. The noise cancellation is about the same. The microphone on the 700’s is definitely improved so these are a great headset for gaming.

There is no comparison of Bose design, comfort and sound quality. Amazing battery life. loving it.
