Not good for background noises on the mic

But somehow it did not turn out to be that . I am impressed with the sound quality and the comfort to wear them for long duration . If they could take heed to reduce to background noise on the mic it would serve the purpose :)

It's great to hear you are so impressed by the sound quality and comfort of your headphones!
You'll be happy to hear there is a way to control how much of the outside world you hear while on a call using the "Self Voice" feature. You can adjust this in the Bose Music app by going to Settings > Self Voice Adjustment.

Noise cancellation for me is a 10/10 Treble 10/10 , bass 7/10, mids 10/10 Yes I do I have the app that you download in order to play with the high lows and mids but even if you your bass on 8 and treble and mid on 0 , once you go full volume the bass kind of dies down a bit. I’m not sure if it’s to prevent distortion or whatever but man these are almost perfect . Bose just need to tweak the bass a little.

When connected to 2 devices through Bluetooth it is tricky to transition between for calls - cell phone and laptop. It will also disconnect the connection randomly.
