Pair well, good for calls, broke after 2 weeks

So I use them with the very short wire which makes me sit close to my computer. However they are very comfortable. They did just stop working after 2 weeks and I had to get new ones but Bose was very nice to work with- it did take 2 weeks to get the new ones. They can pair with 2 sources which is cool and my phone calls with others do sound much better than they usually would- I feel fine going on a quick walk on the phone.

Your headphones are compatible with Bluetooth and AUX devices, this will include your Windows device. Your provided audio input cable is 1.1m, sorry this appears to be too short, if you need a longer cable, you'll require a 3.5mm - 2.5mm cable.

I really like the way the mechanism works to adjust the headphones to fit them snuggly. The Bose music app if pretty buggy. Doesn’t always recognize the headphones as being connected, sometimes doesn’t realize something is playing. My biggest gripe is that THERE IS NO EQUALIZER options. You made this app for the headphones, what’s it for?? Seems like these headphones were aiming high but rushed out. Not worth $380. Gonna return and probably gonna try the Sony WH-1000XM4

It's a shame that you've had some problems with connecting to the Bose Music app. Have you ensured you have the latest version of the app?
An EQ is available in the app for firmware 1.4.12 and higher, which enables you to customize your listening experience and maximize the potential of the true quality of the Bose sound. Ex. I’m listening from my Mac and my wife calls, it will detect my iphone and swap to my phone. After the call the Bluetooth will swap back to mac.

Bose technology is of the highest quality. Wireless is the way to go! Connection was fast and seamless. Controls are smart and intuitive. Pricey, but worth it if you are a frequent flyer.

From my personal experience I found the call quality on Teams and Zoom to be great. The Sony XM4s didn't work well on call using Teams and Zoom, hence I returned them and kept the Bose 700

I am not too happy with how they manage multiple connections and known problems with crackling noises when. Should be perfect when you pay premium prices.

We actually released a firmware update on 09/14/2020 to version 1.7.0. Could you please ensure that you're running this latest version? You'll see that this update includes enhancements to the reliability of the Bluetooth connection.

Random error code

And to top it all off there is a random error that can happen to the headphones that cause a red and white blinking light that renders the headphones completely useless after 7 days of use, THEN to top it all off. IT TAKES UP TO 3 WEEKS TO GET A REPLACEMENT. I stuck my neck out after my Sony headphones broke after almost 4 years of service and I buy a product that is almost $100 more with less features. Buy the Sony NC headphones. I will be returning these. Such a disappointment.
