I am not too happy with how they manage multiple connections and known problems with crackling noises when. Should be perfect when you pay premium prices.

We actually released a firmware update on 09/14/2020 to version 1.7.0. Could you please ensure that you're running this latest version? You can do this by visiting https://btu.bose.com on a computer and following the steps. You can also review the release notes here - https://bose.life/2H4QQBB. You'll see that this update includes enhancements to the reliability of the Bluetooth connection.

Random error code

And to top it all off there is a random error that can happen to the headphones that cause a red and white blinking light that renders the headphones completely useless after 7 days of use, THEN to top it all off. IT TAKES UP TO 3 WEEKS TO GET A REPLACEMENT. I stuck my neck out after my Sony headphones broke after almost 4 years of service and I buy a product that is almost $100 more with less features. Buy the Sony NC headphones. I will be returning these. Such a disappointment.

The sound quality is the best I've ever had. Build quality is also very good. Noise cancellation exceeds my expectations. I can use this device on conference calls and hear nothing else going on around me. Pairing with a Windows 10 laptop can be a bit tricky. Pairing with a phone uses the Bose Sound app, which is not available for PC. Overall i would definitely recommend this product.

Not happy with mechanism to tighten on head - always looser than I want. Pairing is a chore- doesn't seem to consistently pair easily with IPAD. Comfy, but expected more for a $400 price tag. George
