My first pair is still operational but I decided to upgrade recently to these. Being able to control them from the App you download is a very nice feature. Also being able adjust the sound cancelling level is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Top Of The Line Noise Canceling As Advertised!

I use these at home for playing PC Games or Watching TV to keep noise down in the house. For PC gaming it’s great for regular Audio and noise cancelling enabled, does not work as well as a gaming headset for multiplayer games/group chats, I have yet to be able to use both clear High quality sound and microphone at the same time. Great Bose Product, I highly recommend!

Not sure if it is a defect or user error, either way, it is not user friendly.

It seems to be a reoccurring issue according to the internet. Will not stay connected to a device. Connects and disconnects in a loop. They are unusable. $400 for 14 months of use. And I don't even use them that much. I feel jipped.

I am so sorry to hear that you're experiencing a connectivity issue with your headphones. I'd recommend ensuring that the latest firmware is installed by visiting https://btu.bose.com on a computer.
Also, clear the pairing list by holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". Then, on your devices, delete the headphones from the Bluetooth list. Now reconnect them.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much love after the looks. The build quality is good for the most part. The only real complaint is how slippery these are. The silicone slides of my head way to easy. If your sitting still they're fine, but bend in any direction and they done stay put very well. The sound is just okay. I prefer a neutral or flat profile and these come close, but the highs are way to harsh and I couldn't get rid of that "hiss" from T's or S's. I tried, but just couldn't get a sound I could be happy with. I won't start on the software mess. This is just a rushed to market product to compete with the Sony, Microsoft, Jabra and other offerings out there. If you really want Bose I'd recommend the QC 35II over these. Honestly, I'd recommend the Jabra elite 85h or Sony WH-1000xm3 over these any day.

It also has locked up and I had to contact Bose Customer Service to get it reset. The instructions for the headphones are poor and everything is online. Any more problems and I will return them.

The noise canceling mic is better than most competitors. The volume control is a bit awkward to use and sometimes results in advancing the song instead of changing the volume. The headphones are not as comfortable as the older Bose QC 25 and QC 25. It also doesn’t fold, making it bulkier to store.

I bought these for a plane trip so i could have something to listen to and keep me entertained during the long trip. Because these offer noise cancellation, these were great because i didn't have to listen to plane turbulence which is the primary reason i made the purchase. These head phones made the plane trip easier to sit through. Thanks Bose.
