They are well built and beautiful but as soon as they connected to multiple Bluetooth devices it made an awful screeching in my ear and then rebooted itself. After a couple of web searches I found a lot of other people had the same issues. If I wanted to spend hours on the phone with BOSE support they would ultimately have to exchange them. I just took them back to Best Buy and went with the SONY WH-1000XM4 and am very happy. This is the second time BOSE got me. The sleep buds ver 1 were totally buggy. Sad because they make great sounding devices, someone needs to tighten up the software group.

He is a truck driver. They were extremely good on his end for blocking noise but when on the phone, the background noise overpowered his voice which made it difficult to carry on a conversation with him. The headphones are too good to use on calls if driving a loud truck. Perfect if sitting still or just listening to music.

I ride a Zero turn Lawnmower, very Loud. My old headphones I could not always hear the music with my MP3 player. With the 700 set, I hear the music much better and with my phone it can almost get too loud. With my phone and Bluetooth you can increase/decrease sound by touching the headphones. These are Great!!
