These headphones last for so long and even my Fiancé likes to use them! We don’t use the AR very much, but still a very good product. Only thing I would say is that if you have them pair to multiple devices, be a little careful. They tend to pair with the first pair and not the intended pair (say like your phone and you want it connected to your laptop.)

Lost my previous Bose headphones to an aggrieved ex-girlfriend (she made a good point). In response, I dropped close to $400 for something better. And better was exact what I got. They weigh just a bit more than their predecessors, but the construction and improved noise canceling tells you you’ve purchased the best the market has to offer.

Overall, I’d probably give the headphones a 4 1/2. In terms of sound quality and the noise canceling feature, I am quite pleased. The functionality of the track advance and sound volume are my only complaints. Hopefully, those functions become easier to use over time.

The sound quality is great and the noise cancelling is excellent. The bluetooth connection is very stable although juggling more than two devices is a pain and the voice announcing the name of each device can get a little annoying. Those are pretty small problems though.

Bose quality sounds, check. Looks ok. Alexa feature not worth the added cost. Noise reduction update is ok, but not a fame changer

Excellent headphones. The controls are a bit weird, but once I get used to them I'm sure they'll be fine. A lot of what you do on these isn't tied to a button, so there's definitely a learning curve. Excellent sound and the adjustable noise cancelling is really nice to have. I got these on sale, so even better!

Bought for my son for Christmas. I'm sure he's going to love them we saw them in the store and he said they were good looking set of earphones

They are good headphones, though the blue tooth conectivity cuts out very easy. Not worth the price if they fail easy.

At first, I was impressed by the sound-cancelling properties of these headphones. Thing is, I was using them at home and with my phone. They are very good over Bluetooth. However, I purchased them to use them on a plane, since I fly often. They cancel outside sounds well there - until you plug them in to the in-flight entertainment, that is. That was when I found you can use the cancellation feature when you're on a wired connection. I thought I was doing something wrong on the plane, but once I landed and searched online, I found reviews that stated "wired = no cancellation". How that is possible is beyond me, but I've found no solution in the Bose documentation on in the Bose app.

Great product! Got it certified pre owned well worth it

Very disappointed in these. They are less comfortable than the older Quiet Comfort 35's and the controls are quite annoying to use in practice. I wore them ONE day at work and they kept going on and off every time I moved around. I MUCH prefer tactile buttons for controls now that I've tried these. They are WAY too expensive to suck as bad as they did. I wish I would have purchased another set of Quiet Comfort 35's which I have worn daily for 5 years. I thought these might have been even better but they were absolutely not. I should have tried to return them immediately

Returned this “Triple Midnight” only because when I picked it up the color was not as dark as the picture. Got the black pair instead and am enjoying the great sound quality and really like the adjustable noise cancellation. So, quality is there...just know that the Triple Midnight is slightly lighter than you think. But this is where Best Buy’s return policy is helpful.

These are hands down the best over ear headphones. The noise cancellation could improve how ever they work magnificent.

Got for my significant other for grad school and heard its been working good for him. No complaints so far.

Great set a well rounded performance. The flexibility of being able to answer a phone call with this noise cancellation headphones makes this a great choice. Not to mention, it’s sleek look. Only criticism I have, is when required to gaze downward, headphone tends to slip easily out of position. Love the ease of touch control.
