amazing device for best audio quality but the main thing that is lacking in this device is the Bass quality that Sony Mark IVs offer

If you look down or jog at all they fall off. If you swat at a fly and accidentally brush up against them it screws it up with the touch features of this headphone. The touch features dont always work either. Sound is good and noise cancelling is great....as long as they stay on.

We chose this with Best buy's geek squad help and my reading of reviews in WIRED magazine. Excellent product.

I really enjoy these headphones, the noise canceling and sound quality are great. The only downfall is that I’ve had trouble having it stay connected to my google assistant when I had a google phone, and now that I have an iPhone Siri isn’t staying connected. It doesn’t bother me that much but it’s important to consider when choosing headphones.

I love the headphones but very disappointed that these did not come with the charging case as sold at Costco for the same price??

My hair would constantly get caught up in them. Ultimately, decided the bluetooth is old on these for the price.

great headset, app works well but the bass levels are too low for me. even after maxing out the bass within the app i still felt like there was lackluster bass. great sound though. I ultimately bought the Sony XM5 for more bass (and XM4 had even more bass FYI.)

Had to return these. Connectivity was sporadic at best and the volume would randomly go up or down. Returned this item. We noticed other returns as well.

This added to my older set. Nice unit, can be set by my I phone. Built in battery & other improvements.

No equalizer to adjust tone... but hopefully they will update the app. Other than that, the best headphones! The touch response is amazing!

I liked the design and color selections. But could not get headset to fit me comfortable and access the programing instructions and adjustments. Was difficult for me to program not having a manual to help with programing. Returned but will still seek out more information from Bose before next purchase of headphones first.

Not as good as I expected, touchpad on the side instead of switches, that make the work not as easy as normal, a lot of mis-press while any time try to touch the right headset.

I like this product, especially the accompanying app that allows for Bluetooth source management. Sound quality could use more depth.
