Waste of money

The headphones were handled with kid gloves only used to listen to Tv so I didn’t wake my husband at night I payed $400 for something I thought would last a long time boy was I wrong!! Absolutely disappointed!

They could not handle the percussion when the drummer and the bass came together the headphones would breakup making it very annoying

Touch controls horrible

Touch controls are horrible and unreliable. -play/pause touch rarely worked, 1 out of 20 taps it might work. Often would get battery level voice instead of a pause. -volume adjust took multiple swipes to go the full range of volume -music does not pause when removing headset like platronics backbeat pro. Going to wait to replace my current headset. Thought I could use the better microphone for calls, touch controls were too bad to keep them.
