The headphones work great with great quality and the sound is great and they are comfortable on the ears.

She absolutely loves them so thats all that matters. I like the sound quality and noise cancelling however I think they dont quite have enough loudness. Kind of pricy too.

The headphones were as good as new , the noise cancellation is awesome and is optimal for wearing for longer hours, not to Forget the amazing clarity in the microphone . Cannot ask for a better deal In the price offered by Best Buy

These sound canceling head phones have been a wonderful addition to my workout routine. I used to get mentally beat up by the extremely loud and obnoxious music played at the health club. These headphones cut the NOISE and allow me to enjoy the sounds I like. I bought the silver and along with their modern style they compliment my silver hair and don’t look like a bulky contraption on my head. Since these are my first Bluetooth headphones I cannot do a comparison, but I am well pleased with Bose product.

I own another noise cancelling headset (Sony), but this Bose model is lighter and far more comfortable. It does a good noise canceling job (although, I think my Sony does a slightly better job at noise cancelling). However, if that would be the case, it is a small trade off for far more comfort, longer battery life, and the ability to recharge my Bose headset from a wall outlet or my computer port (my Sony is only rated to be charge using your computer which is very inconvenient). Additionally, this set is super sleek and cute!!!

Very clear natural sound. Noise cancellation is awesome. Well engineered folding up easily and adjustment on head is easy. Very comfortable. Volume and blue tooth joining controls work fast and well.

Great noise canceling and comfortable to wear. The touch features work perfectly. Overall sound quality is good, but wish it was a bit louder when on full volume. Only down side is the battery life. I get 2 round trips out of a charge.

I live in a fairly noisy neighborhood, motorcycles, loud cars, you name it. Even semis coming through. I bought these because the noise was causing me to have a hard time focusing on tasks, listening to music, editing videos. The Sound cancelling feature is phenominal. You can hear the difference best if you put them on, THEN turn them on. The volume isn't as loud as some of my headsets, but the quality more than makes up for it. I'm listening to songs I've been hearing for years, and picking up new bits in the track! That's pretty amazing to me. The ability to connect to my PC and phone at the same time makes it really easy to listen for phone calls without worry. The only negative thing for me is the charging. You can charge them within 3 hours, and that's amazing, but I personally charge all my devices at night, and you really can't do that with these. Leaving them on the charger slowly drains the battery, unless they fixed that (Written 6/9/2020). Other than that little thing, they are amazing headphones.

Very comfortable headphones. I had the QC 45s, and these are about as comfortable even with the heavier, more premium build. The features are awesome, and easy to use. Plus the color is really cool looking.

I’m not regretting the money that I payed for. I am using it more then 8 hours every day. I had no issues to connect it with multiple devices- computer, phones, iPad. The quality of the sound is indeed amazing! I just congrat myself for this investment!

As someone coming from apple airpods and beats the sound quality was amazing and the headphones were cery confortable. I would definitely recommend these.

Good sound and very comfortable but lots of issues even with the latest firmware. I only use them indoors with iPhone 11, iPad Pro 2020 and MacBook Pro and often had issues with Bluetooth connectivity, eventually they completely stopped working, to my luck 2 weeks before the warranty expired and although initially I had issues with bose customer support they eventually offered to replace them so the 4 stars are for bose as a company. The headphones after very light indoor use get 2 starts for reliability.

Its my first pair of headphones and i love them. The music is so clear the bass is nice and the amount of battery life is amazing.

Purchased these for an Xmas gift. So far, the receiver is super happy. Small ears, so they fit great - not smashing her head. Great noise cancelling. No complaints except the price - wish they were more reasonable, but that's why they were a gift.
