Super sleek and comfortable. I do not feel sear fatigue at all when wearing these, even for a long flight. They connect super well to your device and the case keeps them protected when not in use. They are quite pricey so I would wait for a sale as I did, but otherwise worth it. I needed a comfortable option for long flights and these are amazing (as opposed to in ear options).

Great Headphones - not too heavy. The noise cancelling can get a little intense at full blast on an airplane, but fortunately that is easy to adjust in the app.

I have had several Bose headphones including the SoundTrue (wired and wireless) and the QC35s. I have never had to consult a user manual to use them. For a flagship product, you would think it would be pretty intuitive. It's not. Yeah, the touch controls are cool (I've wanted a swipe up and down volume control for the AirPods), the design is gorgeous, even the packaging is top notch. However, I knew there was a problem right away when I had to download an app just to pair the headphones. The app helps you pair the headphones and I guess share them between devices. It also thankfully walks you through the new gestures to control the headphone (all of which I have forgotten). Pairing took forever and handing it off to another device say an iPhone to iPad is a blood-boiling experience which has resulted in me just clearing out the Bluetooth list in the headphones and re-pairing to the device I want to use. Oh, did I mention the button layout on the headphones? I literally needed to consult the manual to figure out how to turn the device on. No power button, just a bluetooth button that doubles as power. Great, but turning it off is another test of patience. Do I long press? Do I short press? It's a short press and there's a noise telling you it's on/off. Too long of press turns pairing on, clears history. The other buttons do something -- I guess Alexa or Google or Siri. The good news is that the fit and weight are top notch, my favorite since since the Bose SoundTrue wired. The noise cancellation is great and gives you a lot of control over how much noise cancellation you want. Back to more problems -- My fiancé tried to talk to me while I was wearing them. I double tapped the headphones to pause, it didn't pause. Tried turning the headphones off, they didn't turn off, but somehow I activated Siri who decided to call one of my coworkers. Everything about these headphones beyond listening to music is a test of absolute patience. What a shame. Thankfully Bose included a headphone jack to alleviate all of the pain of how poor the Bluetooth is.

Hi Tyler. It's great to hear that you've enjoyed the design of these headphones. I'm sorry that you've not had the best experience with the controls. We truly appreciate your feedback and take on board the comments that are relayed. I'd also like to mention that the Bose Music app is not essential to first pair your headphones to a device. This can be done by holding the Power/Bluetooth button for 2-3 seconds and you will hear "Ready to connect". Hopefully to improve your experience, here's a link to the controls of the headphones https://bose.life/2LUYeiT. Thanks, Charlotte - Bose Customer Support bose

The noise cancelling on these headphones cannot be overstated. I had to inform my co-workers that it was going to be easier to IM me and ask me to turn around when they wanted my attention, than to try and speak loudly to get it. VERY effective at completely blocking out workplace noise.

For Christmas I asked my wife to buy me the new Apple headphones but they were on back order until March 21. A few weeks ago we went to Best Buy for something else and I started looking at these and the Sony and was torn between the two. My wife has a pair of the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 and had them for several years and uses them almost daily. I decided to go with Bose. I have made some bad purchase choices in my 69 years but NOT this time. These are FANTASTIC and I love them. Sound is AWESOME and noise canceling is GREAT plus they are comfortable. I would recommend highly!!!

Overall a great headset I use daily in the gym! Great noise cancellation and options to decrease noise cancellation if needed. Easy to use gestures for volume up/down + restart/skip songs. Only downside is the pads are like a leather and not great for sweat. I bought a pair of Geekria Flex Fabric Headphones Ear Covers & never looked back!

I am one of the RARE people that actually talk on the phone. And I have the unfortunate happenstance of having a loud, attention-seeking, parrot who screams whenever anyone is not actively standing in front of his cage giving him constant praise and attention. These headphones actually mute him. I am incredibly happy.

Excellent noise cancellation. My husband and I love traveling via train, and these are essential for blocking out the train horn during the night. I mean you can still hear it but it's a lot easier to sleep with these on. Great sound quality. I don't love the fact that swipe / tap motions are utilized to control play/pause/volume etc - I have found that I often double tap to pause audio, remove the headphones, and somehow manage to double tap again while removing so that my audio starts playing again without my knowledge. Very annoying, especially with audiobooks. Touch control is really cool in theory but annoying in reality with these guys.

Went in to best buy to but some new bose headphones. Was planning on purchasing the bose 35-ii for the second time. Then I saw these for 80 more dollars. I decided why not take the chance on them. I couldn't be more pleased with that idea! These headphones blow the 35-ii out of the water! I highly recommend spending the extra cash on them. From sound quality to noise canceling down to all user friendly ability to change songs/volume/outside noise and even read notifications (not to mention respond to them) without having to take your phone out of your pocket! Easy five stars!
