These Bose headphones, like all their products, sound incredible! The noise canceling is great and the additional functions all work as advertised. I would highly recommend these headphones for any and all applications.

It's great when it works! Light, comfortable, I can work out of a cafe and work on conference calls with great noise cancelling for my call. People aren't annoyed when i'm working out doors or at a cafe and on a call. The issue is that it randomly disconnects by powering off completely or disconnects the mic (but I can still hear audio) when I'm on a call. I'm trying to work through getting my headphones replaced via warranty, and the process has been awful. IT's so hard to connect to a live person. The website says my headphones are out of warranty beause the purchase was >1 year ago, but I bought my headphones 7 months ago.

Wanted to try a set of noise canceling headphones on a recent trip, and these are among the best rated ones. The trip covered 6 segments over a two week period I used the noise canceling feature on each flight. Results: I’m very impressed. Noise levels were almost below the threshold of hearing. Music quality is Bose standard, in other words outstanding.

Great sound! I use these while cutting the grass and can’t hear any outside noise from the mower! Also, great for watching movies late at night while the family sleeps.

These are such great headphones for air travel. The sound is absolutely top notch and the noise cancelling make the fight so much more comfortable. These are much better than the mid level Bose phones that were $279. After comparing the two models, these were clearly the best choice. I actually have older Bose headphones for almost 20 years. They are STILL great!

I think the quality of sound is great. I keep having problems with connection. I will be hooked up playing music, recieve a call tranfer to call is ok then drops call audio,the person is still on but headphones stops. I dnd up having to usd hands to talk. A bit of annoyance, but... I will read more thoroughly through the manuals.

Great sound quality. Easy to pair to Bose 500 or 700 Soundbar. When watching movies will hear subtle sounds that you would otherwise miss. Plus dialogue is easily understood. Takes some practice to adjust volume, but once develop that skill it is easy. Major complaint is the tech. Hard to connect to Alexa. If not connected voice prompt will interrupt what you are listening to and tell you to try again.

I would give them 5 stars except that twice today, once this morning and again in the afternoon, they suddenly started buzzing quietly in my right ear. Really low hum or static. Like deep white noise. I've called Bose support twice and they've advised me on how to reset the headphones but that's obviously not a reasonable fix. I was just sitting there minding my own noise cancelled business in my home office when the hum hit me. I'm going to give them some more time. It's a problem I don't have with my Surface headphones. Unfortunately, the Surface don't do NC quite as well as the Bose. The sound quality out of the box seemed better on the Surface than the Bose until I downloaded the Bose app. Pain in the rump but it makes a big difference in the sound quality immediately and allows you to customize it pretty well. Nevertheless, I'm listening to my Surface headset while I write this and am still super happy with the sound quality. For those of you who find the Sony's a bit small for the ears, I found the Surface to be the biggest but not the deepest. Among this tier of headset, and according to my ears, the Bose 700s seem have deeper earcups than the Surface or the Sony. Both are one notch too snug for my giant cranium but I don't blame the headset.

Really high quality headphones. The best noise cancelling I've ever experienced. Definitely better than the Sony but also a bit pricier. Only issue I have with this headphone is that when you lie down, the headphones have a hard time staying on due to the way the ear pieces swivel. Other than that, it's perfect for commutes and plane rides.

The sound on these headphones is incredible. Sure, the technology is a few years old, but the clarity snd power that comes through is immersive. Noise cancelling is excellent too.

Excellent design, superior sound quality, noise cancelling effective

I had to exchange them due to Bluetooth connection issue and even after the 14 days Best Buy helped me without a question. Once exchanged it worked and the sound is amazing

These headphones are amazing bought them for my son who has significant sensory issues. The headphones block all the excess noise perfectly. The true test has been taking our child to the grocery store. No more issues with all the noise. He plays music through his phone hookup was easy. Adjusting the sound is super quick and easy. One of the great things about these headphones is how easy they are to adjust. My son has a smaller head which has caused headphones to not fit correctly falling off at the worst time. These adjust from small to large easily. The battery life is spectacular. My son puts his headphones on first thing in the morning until bedtime without any battery problems. I can not say enough great headphones.
