The 700 states in the product sheet that it has the ability to connect to multiple devices and switch between them. The product fails to maintain a connection with a PC and an iPhone. As soon as you open a Zoom or Skype or any other voice call on the PC, the iPhone will be disconnected. You will then hear a message in the earphones stating the disconnect occurred, which interferes with your voice call on the PC. Extensive online reviews indicate this failure, and there are massive reports of this failure in the Bose support forums. Product support has no fix, and will not acknowledge that it does not work. The price should be $100 less, and they should remove the false advertisement of this functionality from the product. In addition, when connected to both devices, the microphone quality is highly deteriorated, with delayed voice echo occurring on the PC Zoom or Skype calls, despite the iPhone having been disconnected by the Bose app. The earphones are comfortable, and if only connected to a single device work well, but the product is not worth $350 or even $250, without the multi-point Bluetooth support, much less expensive options available from just about any of the other manufacturers.

Excellent purchase decision. Works simultaneously with multiple devices without glitch so far. Also noise cancelling levels are awesome, adjust them per your need while office calls, gym, walking on road

My husband was very surprised receiving this gift. He knows everything about music and the headphones caused a huge smile. Definitely noise cancelling and great sound. And I used some rewards so that helped my decision to spend a little extra for the quality.

These were to replace a pair my husband lost. He loves them for the ease of syncing to bluetooth, and their noise cancelling qualities. The sound is really good, too.

I work in a noisy environment due to router and server fan noise. I already loved the QuietComfort II which was an upgrade from blueparrot, but returned the QCII due to my callers' noticing background noise. I decided to try the Bose NC700. The 700 is by far the best I've tried. I had hoped the QCII had an eq function in the app but I was stuck with pre-sets which were about on par with the BP. The 700 does not seem to have an eq function but is more..accurate..? I hear things I know are in the music which were muted in the bp and qc2. The qc2 has about the same noise cancelation for me as the 700, but the 700 hands down has better call quality for people calling me. Whether I'm listening to Earth, Wind & Fire, Pantera, or LiveATC I am very happy with the quality of sound produced.

These headphones are extremely comfortable and the sound is very, very good (I’m a classical musician and I find the sound very warm and pure, with great detail.) They do not remove all noise from the room, but make a significant difference.

The best noise canceling headphones! I purchased my first pair over 20 years ago and am now just replacing them.

I wanted noise canceling headphones that wouldn't be outdated in a year. Bose is known for their quality and these headphones don't disappoint. Long battery life and upgradable software through the Bose app. Very pleased with this product.

What an achievement to make NC headphones that beat the competition including their own QC35. Amazing sound quality, ease of connecting and NC ability. Only had a few days so still playing with all the features—- side haptic controls are totally worth the extra $$.

The quality of this headphone is crisp & clear. I am always a fan of BOSE products. Definitely worth the money on this one. The noise cancelling is ultimate which could be a bad thing too as you can't hear anyone creeping up on you.

Great headphones with unparalleled mic quality. Sound quality is not quite as good as the Sony 1000-X3 and you can get those $50-$100 cheaper. If you aren't using these headphones for talking I would suggest the Sony's instead. That being said these are still great headphones and I don't regret the purchase.

Bought theses after years of getting other names brands that typically didn’t last. Definitely worth the extra cost. Sounds is high quality. When they say noise cancelling Bose really means it. Also far sturdier then other brands I’ve had.
