However it would not connect with them and did not work as advertised by Bose. We contacted Bose and they confirmed it would not work with the Bose 900 system.

The Bose Music Amplifier is designed for multi‑room setups, while the Bose Soundbar 900 isn’t recommended to be used together with it in the same room. The great news is that they can absolutely complement each other in different rooms or separate configurations. In those cases, the amplifier would simply need to be connected to another passive speaker to work properly.

Ended up returning this expensive amp to use my older wired boses speakers….

From the moment I installed it, this unit wasn’t connecting and it was resetting. Obviously Best Buy doesn’t inspect and sells a device that doesn’t work properly or as intended, then don’t want to replace it even tho after 5 plus cals with Bose technical support.

We are sorry to hear you found it difficult to pair your Bose Music Amp.
To clear the amplifier memory of previously-connected Bluetooth devices:
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the front of the amplifier for 10 seconds until the light on the front of the amplifier blinks blue 3 times.
Delete the amplifier from the Bluetooth list on your device. and then try to reconnect your Bluetooth Device.

I tried to call tech-support there were like 50 people in line for Tech Support. The thing worked for about an hour and then stopped working.
