Bose sleepbuds help me sleep with a partner that snores. I am a light sleeper and these help me drown out moderate snoring enough to fall asleep. Personally I have to have them turned up kind of high but the sound I chose is peaceful so I have been very happy with them. This is my 2nd pair because the first pair malfunctioned after about 6 mos. Bose company was very easy to work with for the exchange and now I have had these for about 6 mos with no issues. Iam very happy with them and would recommend a light sleeper that gets frustrated with snoring to try them!

Great gift for my daughter. She is light sleeper and lives near a busy street . She say’s they are comfortable and really works , she is sleeping better

These are great noise masking ear buds. They fit snug and feel very comfortable even when side sleeping. The app is easy to use and has great options for sleep sounds. You control the volume by your phone, but once you get your own preferences set, you really don’t have to play with it again. The ear plugs very easily charge in the case that is magnetic. I have never slept so well since purchasing these. My spouses snoring used to wake me up every night; and I used the uncomfortable styrofoam ear plugs. Since I started using these, I sleep through the night!

Wife advised some of the sounds caused a headache after listening all night. Said were comfortable and stayed in ears all night. Would be better with noise cancelation instead of noise masking.

I guess I am a bit of a headphone nut. I have the Bose Q 35 ( my fav) Beats Studio 3s ( the coolest looking) the Australian made Nuras and a pair of Kokoons. I found the Kokoons uncomfortable to sleep with even though they sound great and have excellent relaxation programs so I decided to try the Bose sleep buds since I have never been disappointed with a Bose product. Unfortunately J am not thrilled with them. The design is great. They come in a round charger box that fits in a travel pouch ( they should have made it a bit bigger to accommodate the charging cable and charger which don’t fit) but is very pretty. There are three different size ear plugs and an elaborate tutorial on how they should fit in your ear. They are certainly more comfortable than over ear headphones to sleep with but still need getting used to. There are a variety of relaxing sounds to try but much fewer than offered by the Kokoon app. Maybe Bose will add more. My main beef is that they really don’t block sound like the Q 35s but only mask it with white noise. I just came back from a trip and my hotel room was over a party with a terrible live band. They masked the noise a bit but not at all like the over ear phones of Bose or the Kokoons. Also beware you cannot use them to listen to music or answer the phone but they will alert you if the phone rings and you can set an alarm with them on the app. Another peeve I have is that the outside surface is a smooth plastic. I sleep on my stomach and they tend to make a rubbing sound on the pillow. Bose needs to fix that with maybe putting a fabric or rubber surface on the outside rather than hard plastic. I know there have been many positive reviews and maybe I am being picky but they are not quite what I expected. Chris K

Top quality like every Bose product. The only the thing is when you pay that much money to an earplug, you expect it to work all the time. You cant listen music with this device!

Takes a tiny bit of getting used to but they are definitely small and effective. The cost is insane but since its people's sleep they can charge it and people will pay it. I know I did.

I was skeptical about getting this device because of the cost but my wife snores like a drunken sailor. The device drowns out her snoring completely There's 10 different sound profiles to choose from depending on the type of snorer or noise. For me it's Altitude it's like being in an airplane and it just drowns out everything! I love it I'll probably buy a second one, just in case there discontinued. You can set an alarm and it works great.

I’ve struggled with chronic sleep issues for years. Even with sleep medication, I’ve struggled to stay asleep through the night. I’m not even beginning to joke when I say these were the first solution I’ve tried that actually helped keep me sleeping. A true game (and life) changer. Make sure to find the right size pad for each ear, and once you do, you’re going to be all set. Remember, as I’m sure many others have said, you can NOT play anything on these headphones, just the sleep sounds. But it’s so worth it.

I used to use white noise and earplugs, now I have both in one product. Great quality and ease of use. Only issue is you are limited on the volume. I sleep so much better!

I was hesitant to purchase these sleep buds for two reasons, price and some of the negative reviews but I’m so glad I did. I had so many restless nights due to a snoring spouse and dogs also snoring, scratching. I was ready to move all them out of the bedroom. I decided to give these sleep buds a try and the rest is history. I haven’t been sleeping this well for years, this little gem worth its price, I’ll never be without it. I did not experience any of the connectivity problems some others were talking about.

I am in love with these. I am a light sleeper with great hearing. These have just enough seal to be great earplugs, but far more comfortable, and they work great for me!

No, the don’t play music or hav active noise cancellation, but between ‘warm static’ and significant noise blocking back the earplugs, I am finally getting a good night slerp

These earbuds are very good at masking snoring and other sounds so you can sleep! I have had a few problems getting them to connect, but other than that they are great.

These are good for masking noise while you sleep, I would have given them 5 stars if the batteries lasted longer. If they could play music too it would be even better.

I was hesitant to get these but the snoring was just too much and I had to try something. I was worried sleeping with earbuds wouldn't work but they are remarkably comfortable. While they don't cancel sound they do an excellent job of drowning it out just enough (without really turning it up very much). My only real complaint would be the loss of hearing sounds around the house you'd normally pickup on (like kids in the kitchen). Overall I'm very pleased with these and hope they last.

My wife is a light sleeper and she loves them. N.b. she did say they hurt a bit for the first couple of nights but once her ears got used to them she was all in.

I’m very happy with these sleepbuds! My husband snores and puffs through his mouth and neither one of us would get much sleep because I would have to wake him up to get on his side from his back. Now we both get sleep because of these sleepbuds, I don’t hear anything when I have these in my ears. They hurt my ear a little so I have to position it just right on the pillow and then it’s fine. I really can’t wait until they come out with some more sounds like maybe thunderstorms would be good

My husband decided I should try a pair after I told him about my difficulty getting good sleep due to inside and outside noises. I began to sleep better and longer and feel more refreshed so he bought another pair for himself. He's had difficulty sleeping for a long time and he's finally sleeping for several hours at a time without getting up to eat a snack. He's beginning to break that bad habit and has lost 10 pounds. Waking up only once a night is a miracle for him.

Shuts out unwanted noise. Helps me sleep. I like how I can still hear my alarm since the alarm sounds through them.
