Now we both get some sleep! He will talk to me to make sure I can hear him (LOL) which is fine, u can, but wonderfully masks the snores! If you are a bear from lack of sleep like I was, just get these, choose your sleep sound, & sweet dreams!

- Close the Bose Sleep app and reopen it
On iOS, double tap the Home button, and swipe away the Sleep app
On an Android device, press the Recent button and swipe away the Sleep app
- Disconnect the sleepbuds from the Sleep app and reconnect.
1. Open the Sleep app.
2. Remove the Sleepbuds from case to avoid an incidental connection.
3. In the upper right corner of the screen, tap the gear icon to open the Settings screen.
4. At the bottom of Settings, tap "DISCONNECT."
- Please also try resetting the charging case:
Insert a thin paper clip or pin into the hole on the back of the case near the USB connector. Press until you feel a click.

I downloaded the app, put them in my ears, and they connected quite easily. The first thing they did was to update the earbuds, annoying, but I guess essential for functionality. I tried them for the first night on a weekend just in case they kept me up and I would be able to sleep late the next morning. I was surprised at how comfortable they were even when sleeping on my side and my ear was smashed into the pillow! No pain! What a relief, I would not be forced to sleep on my back! For the white noise, there are a few to choose from, and the one I tried was pretty good. It cancelled out my husbands snoring, but I had to put it pretty loud to do that. The louder the white noise, the more concerned I am that if something happened in the house at night, I would not be able to hear it. For example, if the dog was crying to go outside for a bathroom call, would I be able to hear her? So, because of this, I do not use them all the time, but at those times that I need a good sleep, I am agitated and need to calm down and relax, etc. They would also be good during meditation during the day... they would block out the neighborhood noises and the traffic. I do wish that there were more white noise options to choose from, like sleeping delta wave music or the actual sound of waves crashing on the shore, or something similar. I have used them a few times now, and many times I would have trouble connecting to them, and when they do, only one worked. I also needed to update the earbuds yet again, and tried to do that probably 4 times without success. Finally, after many try's, they did update, but when they did, it kicked out one of the earbuds so the white noise was only playing in one ear. Eventually the app recognized this and re-connected. This was a bit irritating as I want everything to work without a hitch. Overall, I am ok with their performance especially if the main reason is to block noise at night from snoring family, but would I have purchased them on my own? Probably not.

Sorry that you're having difficulty charging the Sleepbuds however and we definitely can help with that. Resetting the charging case can resolve charging issues.
