With the Bose sleep earbuds it drowns out all the other sound and I can get to sleep faster. I used to sleep with earplugs but this is a far superior option.

She threatened me if I kept her awake snoring one more night!!! They work great and I was even allowed to try them and I too was impressed by the comfort and noise canceling. Great product.

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the sounds provided with this product.
Due to the size of the speakers in the sleepbuds, the frequency of the sounds played has to be altered to be heard correctly. As such, this can't load and play all music types without potential distortion, which would be more detrimental to a good nights sleep!
The sounds available are designed to help the user get to, and stay in deep sleep, to maximise the feeling of being well-rested, and waking up feeling rejuvenated!

Worst Bose purchase ever

I'm huge fan of Bose and give Bose products as gifts. Sleepbuds on the other hand have been worst purchase ever. I've had them 6 months and they have been replaced 5 times. 1 bud or both stop charging and just die. Bose customer service has been great but this product has been disappointing to say the least.

Blocks out the other nighttime noises, many choices thru the phone app to select different background sounds, setting an alarm that doesn't wake up anyone else.

Comes with the medium size surround for the devices. Lasts for at least nine hours. Handsome charging station. But, hey, it's Bose quality! I bought the extended warranty. It's worth it.

I have to have the volume so loud to block out the noise that keeps me awake that the “soothing” sounds are not the least bit soothing. Very uncomfortable after more than 2 nights. If Bose redesigns these to include noise cancelling I’d consider buying them. Until then, I’d really like my money back.

Have to listen to whatever is in their app......these suck I will be returning them!! So if u want to use them for ur music DON'T BUY THIS CRAP! My $5 ones are way better an mask out more sounds I get to play whatever I want while sleeping.... And the my cheap headphones don't die in the middle of the night either.... #DISSAPOINTED

Bose noise-masking sleepbuds have been engineered specifically to solve the problem of unwanted noise keeping you from falling asleep and staying asleep. In order to achieve a form factor small enough to be comfortable for sleeping and to house batteries that can support sound playback for an entire night, we made the conscious design decision not to stream audio to the sleepbuds. Instead, we store the sound files on each of the sleepbuds and play them back locally, dramatically extending the audio playback time achievable in this tiny form factor.
