My wife suffers from tinnitus with constant ringing in her ears which impacted her sleep. The sleep buds mask the ringing and she now sleeps better than ever. She brags about them all the time.

The bus were designed well and have several options to make them fit well. It's the tone generator and patterns that were repetitive and did not work to mask noise.

If you like to sleep with stereo tranquil sounds or white noise and your spouse or significant other does not these could be the tech you have been praying for. Or live on a busy street or near a railroad track or airport, again these can help give you the nights sleep your looking for. Now you cant play music thru them only the specific sounds provided and you need a smartphone with iOS or android to control them. The absence of the ability to also play music may be a deal breaker for some as well as the need for a smartphone but I am fortunate enough to have both these and also wireless earbuds for my music. The Noise Masking Earbuds by Bose are undoubtedly the most comfortable thing of any type I have ever put in my ear. Sleeping with them in is of no problem as the fit is very snug and secure yet remains extreemly comfortable. The level of masking is completly variable. When I sleep with them I have them set to where I can still hear normal household noises that I might need to hear at night such as the smoke or intrusion alarm, glass breaking etc, yet masking the objectionable noises to a sound that is no longer disturbing and that allows me to drift off without being jerked out of my sleep by a disturbing noise. You can turn them up to where its nearly impossible to hear most things yet not feel blasted away from the sound, but I find that unnerving, some sounds I want to hear when they occur. The weekend night teens keeping the street hot as they go to the lake behind us is no longer at a bothersome level and neither are the nightly honks from the geese at the low level I use, but I could actually hear my phone ring or my wife ask me a question. And by the time the midnight train rolls through the valley Im well asleep and the buds are still masking the trains horn. I could hear it if I were awake but I have it masked to the point it will not wake me as it does sometimes without these in my ears The app on the phone is where you select your sound and set your volume and set the timer from two hours to all night. And in either event you can also set an alarm through the app that you can hear in the earbuds to make sure you wake up for work or whatever you need to get up for. You should get two full nights or 16 hours out of a fully charged set of buds as well as another full charge from the case if you have it fully charged to begin with and that should cover you for a weekend trip without the need to recharge if your in a situation where charging is inconvenient So if a fan or white noise generator just is not getting it done for you or those options are out consider dropping the coin for these.

had lots of problems connecting both ear buds.would not connect completely needed better sound control.

While I think she'd be happier if these also were able to play music off her phone, she generally indicates that they help with depressing the sound of my snoring and help her get a better sleep.

These are a great product. They work very well. The only issue we have had is that they are difficult to charge if you change the size of the rubber piece. Otherwise, they have been great.

My partner snores and I am a very light sleeper. Was very skeptical that these would work, but I am sleeping through the night now. Also find the alarm feature better than the alarm on my phone.

In theory this product is awesome, but in reality they’re not as comfortable as I had hoped and just for that fact it kept me awake. I had to return them sadly.

I really like these earbuds for there convenience. However, they can only be used to listen to what is on the App. Would love to see more from the App.

Only 3 stars cause not so good for side sleeping. Buds hurt my ears while sleeping on my side. But pleasurable when on back, also very limited song variations..

Not what we were looking for. Best Buy was super good about allowing us to return them hassle free and find another product that fit our needs better.

I was skeptical how well these would work, but Bose didn’t let me down. They are pricey, but perform exactly as expected. Battery easily lasts all night, but will require daily charging.

Poor design and did not work well. Did not drown out sounds and constantly fell out of ears while sleeping.

Bought this for my wife who loves these. She always needed a fan going for the white noise, but now she has her own noise in her ear plus she says the alarm setting is great too.

Best purchase I ever made. I need good earplugs in order to sleep soundly and have bought many different types but this one is perfect

Trying to get myself comfortable with the sleep pods was very difficult. The hard plastic on the pods hurt my ear. They were very uncomfortable.

Haven’t had the produce long. The ear buds do no interfer with sleep. I have small ears so was worried. My only wish that the music would allow 2-3 different sounds in one.

I use it every night. It's just ok but I still hear the noise. I think they should improve the noise cancellation version.

Ok the style and build quality of these earbuds are top notch. From the earbuds them self to the slick storage case. I found them comfortable to sleep in and I'm a side sleeper. I live close to an airport and I found that these mask the sounds from it very well. I love the storage case and traveling bag they came with. Makes it easy and convenient to take with you any where you go. Sounds you get to pick from are: -Shower -Swell -Altitude -Cascade -Cirulate -Downstream -Warm Static -Rustle -Tranquility -Campfire The app is easy to use and lets you set alarms with out worry of waking others.

I requested them as a Christmas gift. They do exactly what I needed them to do. Also recommended them to a cousin and she also purchased them & really liked them.
