Bluetooth connection to an iPhone 7 was horrible. The app kept telling me to put the Sleepbuds back in the charger and to remove them again to connect. ....And then I’d have to go through this process again, the next time I used them.... oh, and they are not comfortable enough to wear to sleep. I returned them - back to cheap earplugs I go.

Great idea..poor execution

They are great at keeping the neighbor noise away but after a while they make the inside of your ear sore. I mean pain! the part where the hardware goes is not the same cushy rubber that most of the bud is made of. Once they fix that product will be fantastic.

Sadly, they do not perform. When they work, they are great. But so far, they work less than 1/4 of the time. Continue to get "cannot find the ear buds" as an error message and then they don't work. Occasionally, this is remedied by resetting the partner phone. More often than not, they simply don't work.

The app includes a very limited number of white noise options and one selection of music but nothing that masks high-pitched ringing. There is a teaser that they might allow other sources of music in the future. I returned them.

Small mediocre earbuds in a fancy package

They were not comfortable for me and left my ears sore in the morning. There is no noise cancelling or blocking, which I thought was strange. They are basically just standard small earbuds in fancy packaging. Sound quality of the different sound options is surprisingly not good, especially because these are made by Bose.

Getting them positioned correctly in your ear is critical if you sleep on your side so that they remain comfortable. Unfortunately, one of the two failed to connect after only a few nights of use. I returned them and got a replacement and halfway through the first night of use one of the two lost the connection never to return. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. I then check reviews online to find that this is a habitual problem for users. For many, this happened outside of the return window. I was not willing to take a chance on a 3rd pair and end up outside of the return window so I returned for a refund. For the price, I would expect much higher quality and reliability from Bose.

The buds were comfortable short term, but I would wake up in the middle of the night and desperately need them to be out. They didn't mask enough of the noise. I bought them to deaden the construction noise that starts at 4am outside my condo. No go. The buds were returned.
