However, I tried different sizes & the earbuds were not in my ears the next morning on multiple evenings. Also, I wish the earbuds have more memory as there are more tunes available through bose. However, you have to delete existing tubes to make room for other tunes.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your Noise-masking sleepbuds. In order to achieve a form factor small enough to be comfortable for sleeping, we made the conscious decision to not stream audio to the sleepbuds. Instead, we store the sound files on each of the sleepbuds and play them back locally, dramatically extending battery life. The sleepbuds are engineered specifically to provide the best sleep possible.

As soon as my phone ran an update on apps, the Bose earbuds could not connect with the phone. Cannot use them. Going to see the Geek Squad, but if they can't fix it, I will return them. Useless!!!!

I am sad to read that you are having connection issues with the Buds and would love to recommend some steps to help you resolve this. Firstly, I would recommend ensuring that your Sleepbuds are running the latest software via Btu.bose.com. I would also recommend that you reset the Sleepbuds, this can be performed by inserting a thin paper clip or pin into the hole on the back of the case near the USB connector. Press until you feel a click.
