The sound is amazing and the ability to connect to Alexa and Amazon Music is fantastic. However, I've had it less than a year and I've had to completely uninstall it from my phone twice, and literally every other time i use it, I have to reboot the device because it can't find the connection. No device should have to be messed with this much! The Bose app is cumbersome and unintuitive. I wish there were better options on the market for Alexa-connected speakers.

Good quality sound and only 1 button for it to instantly turn on and connect to my phone. This new speaker starts to speak to me after I turn it on, sometimes requires a few presses of the button for it to connect to my phone. Then It requires you to hold a button for it to turn off. A little too much going on here. The simplicity was much more convenient on older speakers.

The sound quality is great - what you would expect from Bose. However, the Alexa feature doesn't work well. We spent hours on the phone with both Bose and Amazon trying to make it work, to avail. This expensive high quality speaker now functions as an effective door stop.
