Thanks for leaving your review of the Portable Smart Speaker! It's fantastic to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the device, but it's disappointing to hear you regularly experiencing connection drops and poor battery life.
As with all network-based devices, there can be many external factors attributed to the cause of connection problems, so this would be something we'd want to investigate with you directly. As for battery life, we expect an average of 12 hours playback during active use, and up to 24 hours in standby mode If you're seeing extremely shorter life, please let us know.

I bought this speaker because of Bose reputation but they missed the mark on this one. I wanted it to play over WiFi primarily but it would never connect and even had trouble with my Bluetooth connection. When you spend $400 for a speaker you expect it to be exceptional but this one is far from that.
