    The battery doesn't last as long as it should, the sound is ok I guess, but honestly I had high expectations for this Bose speaker and I am very disappointed.

      I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your Portable Smart Speaker's battery performance, although you are happy with the Bose sound. The speaker is designed to last up to 12 hours when in active use, or up to 24 hours in standby mode. The volume you use your speaker at will reduce these times, however.       Thank you for your post. The charge time of the speaker is 4 hours with the Bose power supply. If using a charger other than the one provided with the speaker, check if the USB charger meets the power requirement for your speaker. Your speaker came with a 3 A (3,000 mA) charger.     Speaker skips during play and song is interrupted momentarily. Will be returning smart speaker back to store to find out why music is interruptioned

    Sound quality is great. Trying to set up the speaker is like pulling teeth. I finally decided to reset the speaker and try again and still have so many issues trying to get the app working with the speaker

    if you are into alexa, this would be a great choice for you but if you are not, i recomend you one lower tear of this portable speakers. will sync easier and work more smooth

    Decent sound, poor quality bluetooth. Randomly loses connection, and there is no hardwire option. I appreciate that they make excellent audio products, they really need to up their game with the technology/connectivity side.

    I expected amazing sound but sadly this had a very strange bass (sounded like the cartoon Charlie Brown if that makes sense ) I expected to be able to turn it up without that distortion. Not worth the money in my opinion. It was actually similar to my 50.00 Alexa speaker!

    I own a Bose Sound touc and it does not work as well as this unit. It also isn’t portable. I bit the bullet to purchase this portable speaker as it was not on sale but I was disappointed by the blue tooth performance of the sound touch speaker.

    Unfortunately the speaker would not hold a charge thought maybe we just received a bad speaker so we ordered another after we returned this one & it was the same thing. Great Sound but being outside around the pool and wireless it did not hold up for the cost
