Product is ok but I will never again purchase an "Open Box" item as the online description of same was not accurate.

Honestly the sound quality is incredible but i give it a one star because the connection between this speaker and any of my devices, whether it’s my ipad, iphone 11pro, Galaxy S10, is completely terrible. Getting it to play music smoothly is almost impossible. I only keep it in my room and even with my phone right next to it, the music cuts off and never has a smooth connection. Very rarely does it have a good connection and plays sound with no issues. But i feel like I’ve done everything to try to fix that issue from deleting the speaker from my phone and reconnecting them to updating the software on the speaker.

It sounded great but there was a problem with this speaker. It was an open box and we couldn't get it off of speaking Spanish and do a reset. I hope to get another one sometime. I took it back within the 14 days and Best Buy took it back with no problems.

Love the Bose speaker so far so good Sound quality is perfect just what I wanted

I've used it during many events, easy to carry, not too big and large capacity for battery powers. Bluetooth has pretty good range.

Loved this portable Bluetooth speaker! Bought one 3 weeks earlier and came back and bought another for a gift for son in law.

It is a good speaker, but i haven't try the smart way.

After owning the Bose Revolve+, which I absolutely love, I was very excited to receive the Bose Smart Speaker with Alexa (and Google) built in. With the Revolve+, I’ve used it for a short time with an Amazon Echo dot plugged into the input jack, but it was just too much going on with wires etc. So I just use it as a portable Bluetooth speaker. Bose has taken the Revolve+ and combined it with the power of Alexa! Unboxing Included inside the fairly large box is the speaker, which stands 7.54” tall (about .25” taller the the Revolve+), USB-C charging cable and wall plug. Also included is a user manual. The USB-C cable has USB-C connections on both ends. Setup: This was very easy, using the Bose Music app, which I already have, I simply clicked “+” to add another device. If you don’t have this app already setup, you’ll have to go through the setup which was simple. Sound quality: I was blown away by the sound coming out of this fairly small package! The bass and overall clarity is excellent! This speaker (and the Revolve+) makes my music listening experience so much better. Not to sound like a snob, but after owning these speakers, I can’t listen the my Amazon Echo anymore, the sound quality just isn’t the same. Probably not a fair comparison as the Echo is 1/3 the price. I found the bass on the Bose Smartspeaker to be a bit more heavy when compared to the Revolve+, but not by much. Functionality: With the Smartspeaker, I can control all my smart switches and thermostats, just like I do with the Echo’s and Dot’s I already own. You can ask the Smartspeaker to tell you the weather, sing a song, or a joke, works as well as Amazon products. What it doesn’t do, and for me, this is kind of a big deal, is “drop in” or make calls, I rarely use the calls feature. But the drop in is very convenient to use as an intercom. The other feature I wish this Smartspeaker has is speakerphone. I find the speakerphone very handy, especially for conference calls when I’m working from home or when I’m working in the garage. The battery life is very good, Bose claims 12 hours, I would have to agree. I used it while working from home, I played music for 9 hours straight with no issues. Volume level wasn’t set very high though, on a scale of 1-10, maybe a 3.5. Overall, this is an excellent speaker all around, very functional, excellent sound quality in a nicely designed package. I highly recommend this speaker if you want an integrated AI. If you don’t use Alexa of Google home, go with the Revolve+. Pros: Excellent sound quality Sensitive microphones 360 degree audio design Water resistant Cons: No speakerphone No Alexa drop in or calling features No audio input jack

Battery life not the best…. Dies within a couple hours

This speaker is perfect for the summer, sitting by the pool or grilling.

Love love love this speaker, from the moment I tried the display at the store, to our everyday use at home. Great clear, full rounded sound, clarity and smoothness. So far, we only use the Bluetooth function.

I like to overall range of the Bose better. I have both.. Will use the Bose at my camp ground.. and keep the sonos in my home.

Sound ok but not what I expected , or maybe it’s the music but over all a great buy
