Posted .I'm sorry to hear your Portable Smart Speaker is producing a crackling noise while it plays music! There could be various factors causing this. One thing to try is giving your mobile device a quick reboot, to see if the issue is still present after that. Another step to take is resetting your speaker, which can be done by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for 10 seconds. The light ring will pulse white on the top and bottom while the speaker reboots and reconnects to your Wi-Fi.
