I can connect to my preferred virtual assistant, whether it's Alexa or Google Assistant, to control the speaker. I can easily change tracks, adjust the volume, and even ask for information without having to use my phone or the speaker's buttons.

The sound quality is great - what you would expect from Bose. However, the Alexa feature doesn't work well. We spent hours on the phone with both Bose and Amazon trying to make it work, to avail. This expensive high quality speaker now functions as an effective door stop.
