It is slow to charge and won't keep a charge. I've been a Bose customer for over 25 years. I have the Bose sound bar which is several years old. It's still my go to because this one never fully charges, even after several days, and then dies quickly. It's like an old mule. Also, it turns on when you charge it and is hard to turn off. Ugh... I don't have time to play around with Bose customer service, so just beware the issues and if you get one, be sure and check is carefully before your return window is expired.

I'd recommend ensuring you are using a power supply that provides 5v DC. I al so recommend trying a different USB cable so ensure that the speaker is received sufficient power. Sound quality is very good I'm just very disappointed on the battery life time....

You have to speak louder for the microphone to pickup if youre talking to alexa. It constatntly disconnects to internet.
