Thanks for leaving your review of the Portable Smart Speaker! It's fantastic to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the device, but it's disappointing to hear you regularly experiencing connection drops and poor battery life.
As with all network-based devices, there can be many external factors attributed to the cause of connection problems, so this would be something we'd want to investigate with you directly. As for battery life, we expect an average of 12 hours playback during active use, and up to 24 hours in standby mode If you're seeing extremely shorter life, please let us know.
