    Returned after having it for just two weeks. The sound is not as a crisp as I expected, especially considering the amount we paid for these speakers. Slightly better than average at best.

    It was open box product no charger and it didnt work at al had a blinking red light took back 15 min after i opened it just bout a open box tv hope its not broken. All open box products should be inspected

    Bose speaker usually are my go to, and this spearker to be this expensive, i just knew i was about to hear amazing sound. Definitely not. This was a disappointment.

    Purchase Bose portable home speaker 2/4/2020 stoped holding its charge three weeks later. Then just stopped charging altogether not working at all right now.

    I have Bose speakers throughout my house, have for over 30 years. I know what the sound like. This one does not have the true Bose sound. It was muddy. I brought it back.

    It’s not a real difference in sound from the revolve plus I played them side by side and couldn’t tell a diff and it’s also not compatible with Bose app so you can’t sync with another Bose speaker

    I got this gift for my fiance and she was. Eyond excited to start using it. However, were sad because the Bose cannot play Spotify:( it also looses its battery very fast.

      Sorry you are unable to play Spotify through your Speaker. You can do this a number of ways; Airplay 2, through the Bose Music app or via a Bluetooth connection.

    Not compatible with SoundTouch multi room

    Bought this new speaker and realize that it is not compatible with the SoundTouch speaker family for group and multi room play. Only works multi room with the same smart home family of speakers so you need to replace all your SoundTouch collection to get that feature. Same brand but use different applications.

    I have better speakers from the 1990's

    For $400, I expected a device that can compete with an aux cable speaker from the 1990's. Unfortunately, this speaker appears unable to replace the speakers on my phone and I am going to have to buy a JBL speaker (despite the lower sound quality) because their devices actually connect and just play the audio from my phone.

    Incorrect Item Description and Poor Customer Servi

    Item was listed as open box excellent condition. Item arrived damaged, missing all components, and with signs of heavy previous use. Best Buy customer service was terrible and had no desire to rectify this issue. Will rethink any future Best Buy purchases.

    The bass was very underwhelming. It could only cast via the Google Assistant from 2-3 available apps. That did not include YouTube Music or Google Podcasts which I primarily use. The battery life did not meet the specs and it stopped taking a charge on day 3 of ownership. I'm a big Bose fan and will continue to choose Bose for my audio devices but this speaker falls far short of what I expect from Bose especially for the premium price.

    My speaker stopped working less than 30 days of use. I will never buy items for Best Buy again because that would return stating that have only a 14 day return for electronics. I had to ship speaker back to Bose . They want you to purchase their warranties to be able to return. I’m glad I purchased Apple care when I purchased my daughter’s MacBook over a year ago. Bummed. Before it died it was great.

    Bought the speaker in February 2022 for near $400 and battery will no longer charge or hold a charge. Totally worthless a year and a half later.

    I loved this speaker at first, but its lack of retaining its charge has made it less a portable speaker and more of an expensive fixed one. As long as you keep it plugged in it will function fine, but if you unplug it- it will not keep its charge. I do not recommend.
