    DIED AFTER 1.5 YR !!!

    After 1.5 yr it stopped working. Wouldnt pair. No sound. Perform multiple factory reset. No luck. Now let see if total tech support can come through!

    Sounds great but defective battery assumed

    Sounds great, but am assuming this open-box item is defective because it doesn't hold a battery charge for long. I think whoever inspects returned items needs to check them out more thoroughly. Also smells strongly of perfume, presumably from previous owner.

    No more Bose

    Treble was ok, bass was horrible. Sounded like the speaker was blown. Took it back and that was the end of that Bluetooth speaker.

    Not as good as Bose Soundlink Revolve II

    This speaker has some charging issues. It always says battery is 70% although I have been charging it for over 5 hours. I bought it at Best Buy Downey location. I returned it to Best Buy Hollywood location.

    Messy product, any time you bring this thing near another device that’s also using the same WiFi, the connection goes in and out. Nightmare for trying to use it at a home gym with just 2 WiFi enabled cardio machines. Poor battery life

    I have already returned one because it would not hold a charge. Now! This one the Alexa won’t work at all! 375$ I should not be having these issues! I guess I will have to go back to Best Buy AGAIN! Ridiculous!

    I’m had really good experience with Bose in the past with headphones, speakers, sound bars, etc… So I have high expectations when it comes to their products…. This product met or exceeded all of those expectations…. I charged it up and was happy to see it charged pretty quickly (less than 3 hours). I fired it up and set it up using the Bose account and I was ready to go… I currently have an Amazon Alexa account and have several units in my home, but none of them are portable… This is where I really liked this unit… The ability to take this outside with my and set it on the pool deck, or put it by the fire pit in the evenings is a gamechanger! I love having all the music on demand, JUST like I have with my other Alexa devices, but now on the go. No more issues with Bluetooth going out of range, or spotty reception… Battery life was fine in my experience, I think it’s supposed to last 12 hours. I used it over the past few days outside in the evenings and haven’t had to change it yet, not sure how many hours I’ve used it total. Sound quality and volume has been great, I’ve only used it outdoors but I’ve noticed very quickly that its already louder and the sound quality is more clear than my old portable speaker. I don’t have a google assistant account, but it worked just fine with my Amazon Echo/Alexa account.

    Love this speaker, it become my primary everyday music listening device. Setup: Had some issues with setup. Downloaded Bose music app and created myself user account but had problems for while to connect my product. Up to this very moment still had some issues with app itself but speaker works great. Quality: Amazingly crystal clear and 360 degrees sound feels nice and pleasant, being able to get same sound quality while moving around it really new experience which not many speakers or products offer. It's very loud compering to its size. Materials used in the product seem to be very good quality and build is sturdy and strong, most importantly very clean product and no bad plastic smell. Features: Being able to stream music from online services its nice feature, and amazon Alexa and Google assistant makes everything easier these days. Device being water resistant it's plus for outdoor use or when used while consuming drinks. Caring handle with soft texture reminds me of old style light lanterns and its very nice addition. Battery life: Battery life rocks, hours of music on single charge. Pros: Design & size Sound quality 360 degrees sound Battery life Water resistant Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity Online streaming services support Cons: None

    Our household has about 5 Alexa devices and 6 portable speakers. Typically, there is a tradeoff between using Alexa and getting good sound quality. With this speaker you don't have to compromise on either the versatility or the sound quality - it has both! Not only can you setup Alexa on the speaker, but you can also setup Google, so the best of both worlds, depending on your preference. We ran into a hiccup connecting the speaker to the Bose Music app for the first time, but customer service was fantastic and called us 3 times just to make sure everything worked. Once connected, most of the preferences are setup through the app, or through the Alexa or Google app. It is nice that you can use the app like a remote to change music, volume, and other functions. In addition to using through Alexa or Google you can also connect your device directly to the speaker with Bluetooth and play music even without Internet access. Since the speaker is portable, this is great for taking outside the home. I would note that one quirk is that the speaker disconnects from your phone if you don't play music for a few minutes. This might be planned but is kind of annoying. Overall, this is a high quality speaker with lots of functionality and versatility. I would highly recommend it.

    The Bose® - Portable Home Speaker with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Google Assistant, Alexa Voice Control and Apple AirPlay 2 is a wireless dream The online manuals ensure up to date information. You can use the Action button and Microphone off button to control either Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa whichever is active. The light ring on the top of the speaker along with voice provides excellent feedback. To charge the speaker you use the USB-C connector or the improved optional Bose® -Charging Cradle that is great if you are frequently changing the speakers location. The Android / iPhone app is well designed and also works with the newer headphones and speakers. It is water resistant(but not water proof). Streaming services that are compatible include Deezer, Pandora, Spotify, TIDAL, TuneIn and iHeartRadio while iTunes is handled by AirPlay 2. It is a small powerhouse about 7.5 inches tall and a slightly tapered width of about 4.7 inches. The Portable Home Speaker works with most Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capable devices. Well made, nice attractive design, relatively small, superb sound and great connectivity.
