By far the best sounding portable speaker of all the ones we tested inside the store. Initial setup process can be a little stubborn but works fine afterwards.

Let me list the pros and cons: PROS: - Sound quality is fantastic!! - Style is excellent - Very well constructed - Very easy to setup CONS: - Alexa is MUCH slower on this when compared to Echo products - The microphone isn't as sensitive as we'd like. We can speak to Echo products, at a normal tone, from FAR away. That isn't the case with this speaker. We found ourselves having to repeat commands often

Did you know your speaker has a custom-designed microphone array can hear you speak even when the speaker's playing loud. I would advise making sure there is nothing placed on top of the speaker that could prevent this. Do reach out to us if you ever need assistance, we would love to hear from you.

Good quality sound and only 1 button for it to instantly turn on and connect to my phone. This new speaker starts to speak to me after I turn it on, sometimes requires a few presses of the button for it to connect to my phone. Then It requires you to hold a button for it to turn off. A little too much going on here. The simplicity was much more convenient on older speakers.
