I attempted several times before I finally figured it out. One may assume it was user error but speaking frankly, the instructions are not crystal clear and if you are not tech savvy, then you may have issues as I did. Thereafter, it's okay. The volume isn't what I thought it would be and you have to choose either Google Assistant or Alexa. They both cannot be loaded at the same time....at least that is what I found to be true. But again, I'm not tech savvy but if they are, then that means the directions to do so are not crystal clear! And finally, ....there isn't a remote to control the volume! All in all, I would not recommend this product based off price.

If sounded great at first. Then I listened to this one and it sounded amazing. Then I went back to the low end one and it sounded awful in comparison. I regret doing this because my wife was with me at the time. I had to buy the one that was three times the price of the one I planned to buy. Never take a spouse with you when you want to buy a Bose portable speaker.
