Bluetooth function works great. Still figuring out the Alexa voice control function. I have other BOSE speakers and products and this speaker gets the job done.

It fills a large room with sound, and can get loud enough to be heard throughout my home. This speaker has so much more bass response and less distortion than any other Bluetooth speaker I’ve owned. The addition of the Google assistant and Amazon Alexa really brings a new level of usability to these devices. It’s pricey, but in my opinion worth the extra money for the quality.

This is the upgraded version of what we have and my husband loves linking the two together.. actually, I'm pretty sure that is his favorite part..lol.. all- in- all, I would very much recommend!! I attempted several times before I finally figured it out. One may assume it was user error but speaking frankly, the instructions are not crystal clear and if you are not tech savvy, then you may have issues as I did. Thereafter, it's okay. The volume isn't what I thought it would be and you have to choose either Google Assistant or Alexa. They both cannot be loaded at the same time....at least that is what I found to be true. But again, I'm not tech savvy but if they are, then that means the directions to do so are not crystal clear! And finally, ....there isn't a remote to control the volume! All in all, I would not recommend this product based off price.
