I recommend this item for anyone's the sound very good

There’s nothing like the peacefulness of quiet in a loud environment, especially airplanes.

These are great for traveling and sound very good.

Good quality head phones but will not work with iPhone without an adapter

The design of these creates an environment that is extremely isolating. However, with that comes a huge drawback to me. They create this false sense of ever-increasing pressure in my ears - especially whilst on the move. This will likely not be a dealbreaker for most; but it is worth noting. Otherwise, great sound!

Nice headphones I just wished they were a bit louder

During flight it reduces airplane noise very good but it does not reduce much of the noise from the kids crying or creaming. Have to turn on music together with the noise cancellation to be able to block out the kids' noise. The wired audio cable is short and connection right angle makes it a little inconvenient to connect to the player. It is kind of expensive.

I bought these headphones for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. The canceling out noise works just as Bose said it would, so great I think my husband intentionally does it so he doesn't hear me. Just might purchase a pair for myself.

I tried the QuietControl 30, which are the new Bluetooth noise canceling earbuds. They aren't as good as these QuietComfort 20 for noise canceling. The difference is big enough that I decided it's better to have a wire, so I went back to these.

I like Bose Head Phones, but don't want to use them when I'm sweaty. So, I bought a set of their ear bud style headphones. They don't have quite the sound canceling that I wanted. Not on the mower, not with my saws. They grip my ears just fine and they don't fall out, but I would like a little less of the outside world getting in. Would I buy them again? Sure.
