We purchased these before vacation and it was a good move. The sound was fabulous, I loved them.

These earbuds are way tight in that the sound is excellent and the noise cancelling is sweet. Music sounds awesome with the noise cancelling on, and I can hear movies on the airplane in crystal clear quality which is neat to the max. I got the wired ones because it supposedly offers better sound quality and also because I can watch a movie on the airplane before and during takeoff as well as landing which I don't think you're allowed to do if you're using Bluetooth. I really like having the noise-cancelling turned on while on the airplane, and when the flight attendant comes around or there's an announcement over the speaker I can click the button on the little control thingy on the cord which lets in some of the outside sound so you can hear what they're saying. It's a good product, yo.

These are the best headphones for the money. Noise canceling works like a charm.

i wouldn't consider myself a true audiophile, but i do really enjoy great sound quality coming from my headphones. I expected these to be great given that they were expensive and had active noise canceling. unfortunately, i didn't find the sound quality to even match my pair of $20 headphones. I returned these within a couple of days and bought over-the-ear Sony headphones which are much better, though lack the active noise canceling. guess you can't have both! at least not for this price range.

This is the 3rd earphone I bought and I am happy to settle on this one. I love that it has a feature that I can allow the outside conversation comes in. It fits my ear just well and I can easily use it for my computer and my phone without setting up the blue-tooth.

While these are expensive, they work well. I think sound quality is very good. They are comfortable. The aware mode is useful and works as advertised. The sound cancellation is excellent (Which is the main feature which justifies the price). Like others, I'm concerned about durability.

Bose created a new earpiece and I was concerned it wouldn't fit my ears or it would be uncomfortable. I needn't have worried, since the headphones are very pliable and thus very comfortable. Of course, the sound is Bose so it's top tier. Great product!

When I don't want any distractions from out side noise my Bose QC 20's are just the ticket!

Sound quality, noise reduction and comfort is great. The battery and noise reduction control is a pain to carry around. Gives a feeling that the cable would break while sitting, when carried in pant pockets. Bose could've continued use of Black & White, instead of Brown & Grey. It looks dull and doesn't give a "new product feel".

The noise canceling works great and I would recommend them for traveling.. The sound quality could be a bit better than others I have tried.. Over all good!

Excellent product, but a bit pricey. Noise suppression and sound quality are quite good The battery pack is a little awkward if one is using while being active.

Absolute lifesaver. The sound quality and noise cancellation is unreal. I've been using these headphones for a long time, and was heartbroken when my dog chewed my last pair this year... especially now that Bose has moved onto the irritating new trend of wireless headphones (terrible design for someone with ADHD who can't keep track of two tiny earbuds to save her life). So happy with my classic wired pair, and thankful Best Buy still stocked them!

With the Noise-canceling feature and being able to recharge the battery and still using the headphones, these are the best. Yes, they're wired, but wireless, you can't work when charging them.

I absolutely love these Bose in ear headphones, I previously owned the Bose QC-25 but they were too bulky and hot in the summer. The Bose QC-20 offers pretty much the same quality of noise cancelling sound in a much smaller and comfortable size
