I love the noise cancelling in the ear headphones. They fit well and work well! I wish the price was cheaper so I could have an extra pair for work. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because the battery only last about 15 hours.

Right off the bat...overpriced, but I'll take the hit because they perform. They block out loud talkers, engine noise, and snoring hotel goers. Paid for themselves on fourth flight when a toddler brother and sister played dueling banjos in high pitched screams. I'd say a bargain at $180, but not full retail. Wait for a sale (rare for Bose) or save up reward points.

Bought to have a small noise canceling headset while traveling. Multiple tips for your comfort. They also worked great when cutting the grass.

As any Bose product, sound quality is excellent and the noise cancelling feature exceeded my expectations considering that they are in-ear headphones. Time will tell about durability. A negative part is that as it has two different versions (Android or iOS), and unless all your gadgets use the same technology (not my case and probably the same for most people), the microphone and remote will not work when using the headphones on those with different technology.

I received these as a gift to use on the airplane while traveling. The quality was okay, not as good as my noise cancelling over the ears headphones, but much easier to carry.

I have the QC 15 and the QC 20 are just as good for sound quality, noise cancellation and comfort. Great for air travel.

I bought these to replace my QC25. I can ware these all day without any problems. The sound cancelling is great.

the Bose products are amazing, pricey, but the best.

Tried several brands. These are simply awsome for in ear comfort and noise cancellation. Pricey but you won't be disappointed.

Expensive.only concern was the battery. Once it loses it ability to recharge, then you have a very expensive set of headphones that don't do what you bought them to do. Gave it 5 stars for the build quality.

used these on two 10 hour flights. battery lasted both flights. noise cancelling works excellent.

for in-ear noise cancelling, i don't think these can be beat. If you're travelling, they're compact. AND unlike true wireless earbuds, you don't have to worry about losing them. Of course, if you have a recent high-end smartphone or any recent iphone, you'll need a USB-C adapter. Sometimes i just sleep with these not connected to anything.

I was going on a l8ng flight and didn't want to bring my bulky over the ear headphones. I've always wanted Bose headphones with the business. I decided to splurge and get these noise canceling ones. OMG! I was thoroughlyimpressed by the sound quality AND the noise cancelling feature really drowned out the constant nearby concersations and the engine noise. I'm soooooo happy I finally splurged on these. I have no regrets!

These do an amazing job in a much smaller size. Very portable, they sound great, and make flights much more bearable.

These headphones are comfortable all day in the office. They block out most conversations.

I use these when I play with a praise band. The noise cancellation allows me to hear a better mix than the usual ear buds. They don't tout these ear buds for this kind of use but I think they are quite good for that purpose. Yes, kind of expensive but the sound quality and noise cancellation is very good for what I'm asking them to do. Not as good as the Bose QC 25's for sure but I would look kind of silly on stage with my over-the-ear Bose QC's on.

This is my second set of Bose Quiet Comfort i20 ear phones and the 3rd for our household. I use them every day as part of my commute to work, as well as whenever I fly. Their noise cancellation is exceptional and sound quality is outstanding. I also use them to participate in telephone conference calls in noisy areas and find they significantly reduce background noise both for me, and for those trying to hear what I have to say.

Best noise cancelling earphones. Long battery life. Music quality as good as any Bose headphones.
