Thank you for sharing your review of the QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones.
The lithium-ion battery (located inside the module) charges in just 2 hours with the included USB cable, and delivers up to 16 hours playing time per charge. A battery indicator light displays power status. And, even if the battery dies your music still plays with performance equal to that of our regular in-ear headphones.
You can find the cable inside the carry case. If you have not received one, we sincerely apologize and ask that you please give us a call and we will be able to help you.

I have Bose in the ear headphones that I have had for a long time. The sound quality is much better on the older ones. I feel the noise cancelling is not as good as it could be. I was really excited to be able to buy these. All of my previous Bose products have been top quality. Not these.

I am sorry to hear you've not had the best experience with your QuietComfort 20 headphones. If you haven't already, please check the StayHear tips as the fit has a massive impact on performance. Remember, your ears are not always symmetrical, you may need a medium in one ear but a large in the other.
