Great fit and sound. A little pricey but overall great!

Still one of the best wired headphones in the market. Noise cancellation feature is clutch especially when traveling.

Great fit, great quality, convenient, a must buy!!

I do a lot of mowing and get tired of "hearing myself think", but have never seemed to find earbuds that truly block out the mower. Well, after reading many positive reviews on these, I decided to bite the bullet and splurge on these, I have absolutely no regrets and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

The BEST noise cancelling headphones ever! Super comfortable, noise cancelling, in-the-ear headphones. Used on the airplane; heard no ambient noise, did not interfere with my neck pillow (like the over-the-ear headphones do), plugged into my I-phone listening to ocean sounds, and slept like a baby from SFO to HNL. So happy I "lost" my Bose QuietComfort over-the-ear headphones as these Bose QuietComfort in-the-ear with super comfortable silicone Stay-hear tips are a level up! I was skeptical that the in-the-ear would be noise cancelling AND be comfortable - they'e BOTH. Thank you Bose! Rock-stars again!

I'm on a plane almost every week. I've been using noise cancellation earphones/headphones for over 15 years, with the last 10 using in ear earphones. I like to travel light, and carrying over the ear cans add weight and bulk. My prior NC ear phones where Panasonics, which I wore till the on/off button deteriorated. I never liked earphones with the wings/loops/guides that slide into the groves of your ear. I always found them uncomfortable or they tend to slip out more easily. I was AMAZED at how well the QC20i fit and stayed in place. Of course your mileage might vary, but I find that this set is the best pair of NC in ear earphones I have ever owned.

I had never owned noise-cancelling headphones before and thought they would need to be bulky over-the-ear. I read about this earbud-style model in an article about what to take on long flights, saw them in BB, and tried them. I am thrilled by how well they work; now I don't want to fly without them.

Bought this pair for my daughter who was constantly borrowing mine. Had tried the over ear BOSE model and determined that since I wear glasses, I couldn't get the right seal. Happened upon a BOSE store on a trip and was able to return them for the QC20. Best noise cancelling earphones on the market.

These headphones work well on the airplane canceling out the jet noise. It is a bit pricey but unfortunately there not many choices for wired noise canceling earbuds anymore. My ears also got uncomfortable after a few hours of use. I did try using the various ear pieces and wasn't able to find one that worked nicely. If you're okay with the price and if it fits your ear well, its one of the few good choices out there.

I am in college and I spend a lot of my time studying. However, I have loud roommates and that is coupled with the fact that my ADD can often prevent me from focusing on what is my task at hand. These work great at countering distracting noise. They are not perfect and here is two instances I used them and how they performed: 1) I went to a McDonald's and studied for my physics exam and these headphones block out the 20-something people that were in the McDonald's with me. I only planned on staying here until I finished eating but I ended up staying until I was done studying. I was quite impressed at the effectiveness of the headphones; 2) I was outside at a Five Guys Burgers studying and the restaurant was blasting music. The headphones blocked out most of the music, however, erratic beats or high pitched noise was still heard. Despite that I could still hear it the intensity of the music was significantly reduced. For sound quality I have no complaints but sound quality is not the reason I purchased these. I own a much older over-the-ear Bose headphones and these noise cancelling headphones don't perform as well as those. The only thing I have a minor gripe about is that you must decide on an Apple or Android version of the headphones. The headphones and noise cancelling still work on either operating system regardless of which version of the headphones you bought. However, the remote will only work with the device the headphones are compatible with. This seems silly to me but at least I can still have noise cancelling on either my android phone and my ipod.

This is the best in ear noise canceling product I could find and while they are not inexpensive they are worth the money if you travel the "friendly skies" as often as I do! I have the Bose over ear NC headphones but found that they can get uncomfortable when worn for long periods of time and pretty hot especially during the summer months. The in ear phones offer great sound, very good noise reduction and are comfortable to wear for hours on end. Bose is THE brand in this marketspace.

Don't get me wrong: the product is good. What to like? Decent bass, nice fit, excellent cancelation vs volume ratio. What not to? The amplifier is kind of big and fairly heavy for a portable headset, kind of close to the 3.5mm audio connector but I guess this is supposed to give it some mechanical advantage, as the weight is on the bottom part of the cable, pulls the cable in the plug side, not on the earpiece side. This is minor anyway. On the audio side, I've notticed some subtle digital glitching initially when turning on the headphones. Anyway, I could not find anything better for a similar form factor.

Sad day this winter when I washed two pairs of bose headphones on the same day. Tried to use my "cheap" pair of bose for a flight and was sorely disappointed (basic Black Friday deal just for lunchtime walking headphones). My brother recommended these so before my next flight I splurged and bought them. Never looking back!! So comfortable to wear. So much noise cancelling. This is my first pair of noise cancelling and I've been missing out so much. Great sound and no phone conversations, no crying babies, no smacking gum, or any other annoying airplane sounds. Truly enjoyable flights. Definitely worth the money.

Have the headphones, but tired of the bulk and packing huge case in briefcase. Bought these and they work just as well, are lighter and much easier to pack. Yep, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have hearing loss and these are clear and make music great for me again.

If you do any traveling, these are the best in-ear phones. On a plane, in a car, you crank it up and everything but the program disappears. I also use these for audio books, and they work OK, but to blot out high ambient noise when getting spoken word, you would need over-ear type.

The in-ear Bose noise cancelling headphones are an example of 'you get what you pay for.' As a frequent flier on long haul flights to Asia and the Middle East these comfortable headphones make 12+ hours in the air a relatively pleasant experience. I owned an older pair of 'over the ear' Bose and after a while my ears physically hurt. It's also hard to snooze with traditional headphones wedged on your head. No such issues with these - and they have an incredible battery life. Easily transported in their small bag with a variety of 'in-ear' pieces to ensure a good fit these are the perfect earphones for flying.

I bought these upon return of "noise cancelling" Beats. I was truly shocked, in a positive way, by the noise cancelling ability of these Bose. I don't know how or what Bose does that makes it work, but it's nothing short of amazing. Won't travel without them.

I travel quite a bit for work. I love these earbuds: they are very portable, have excellent noise canceling ability, and very good musical sound. While there are better earbuds for music, none have the noise cancelling ability with the sound quality. Quite a plus in the airplane.

Work fairly well. Comfortable and better than the Sony mdr1000x at noise canceling.

I travel frequently and the compact size coupled with the noise cancelling make a huge difference. Comfortable enough to wear constantly for even 10+ hour flights.
