I originally purchased these for my daughter's 11 hour flight overseas. But when she opened them on Christmas Day and we all had a chance to try them out, well, we order two more for my wife and I. They sound great and cut the noise. We love them.

i purchased these for my dorm room. it is very noisy and hard for me to concentrate when i am studying in my room, i usually have to leave and go to a quiet place however when i have these on they block the distracting noises and i am able to stay in my room to study!

These headphones are incredibly good at blocking out noise. I live in a noisy area with lots of construction and these headphones keep me sane. Loud construction equipment turns into a quiet hum when these are on. I strongly recommend them!

These corded headphones are the most effective ones I've ever owned. They are much more effective at lowering noise in aircraft and other environments than the mid priced set I had previously. Makes travelling and sleeping while traveling easier.

Initially bought these for the wife and she loved them. I replaced these with the Bose QC 35 wireless headphones because she travels. Now I use these and they are great. Sound is crystal clear and Bose's noise cancelling technology is probably one of the best.

The headphones might be a little pricey but their noise canceling is unmatched. I'm amazed every time I turn these on and the world around me fades away. Perfect for flying.

These noise-cancelling headphones have changed my life! They greatly reduce the stress caused by aircraft noise. Shortly after I purchased them, I was on a flight with a fussy baby in the row behind me. I barely heard the child's screams and was able to concentrate on my work.

Nothing beats these headphones! Tried Beats by Dre before and these are soooo much better. Once you turn the headphones on and get the full effect of the noise cancelling, it makes music and movies that much better.

As expected, quality product. Still a bit hesitant about the frame built but will see.

I recently bought my husband the beats pills which works great. But my son had a birthday and I went to purchase the beats pill for him as well when I saw the JBL. My son loves it! The sound is amazing and I love the fact that it's waterproof.

I have used these on flights and find them great. They get a little warm after awhile wearing them. Wife uses them to view stuff online and likes that other noise doesn't bother her!
