Once I found the small print that said that the clicking sounds indicated I had to change batteries, and nothing was wrong with the earphones, I've had no trouble. The earphones work well and have great sound, particularly the noise-canceling aspect on the street or in planes.

Great headphones at current price. I am a student and use them when studying at a noisy library or cafe. They sound great just to listen to music.

If you can spring for it, Bose are still the best noise canceling headphones on the market. Clean sound, solid bass. An all around great experience.
