    Hesitated too long before purchasing, used them numerous times on flights and really enjoy the quality. Only drawback, need to reboot iPhone 5 in order for the cord unit volume control to work. Otherwise would have rated them excellent :)

    Does the job of noise cancelling well but there was a loose contact using the wire which resulted in sound only in one of the headphones.had to adjust and keep the it in one position to hear the sounds from both sides.

    These head phones can work without the battery. the noise cancelling is what requires the batteries. I feel that the battery compartment door is a little cheap feeling and you have to be careful with it. they sound great!
