    Disappointed with product. Only used once and already a problem with the connections. They have replaced them, however for the amount of money I paid, the design should have locked in the connection like the older style.

    Unfortunately I didn't realize that they were made specifically for Apple (iPhone, iPad) which I don't have so returned them. Did enquire at Apple as to whether or not they work on the latest iPhone (10) and was advised that you must purchase an adapter.

    I bought it brood the marketing, it was my first time getting a bose product, I did spend $680 in bose and I'm really disappointed, next time I will go for Sony the quality of the sound and noise canceling it's better on Sony, the bose are not bad but I was expecting a better product.
