I use these headphones to tune out the sounds of annoying students at my university. Was a C student and went to an A in one semester! Totes recommends. Very headphone. Much acoustics. Many louds. WOW.

These are by far the best headphones I have ever owned. Our household has a few different equally priced brands of headphones and my Bose have become the ones everyone wants to use. The sound is excellent, they are compact and the noise cancelling feature is awesome, especially on a plane!! Highly recommend!

These Headphones are the best I ever owned. The name speaks for itself QuietComfort. I recently took a flight from Hawaii to the Mainland and it was 12 hours of outstanding sound blocking out everything I didn't want to hear. Another plus is even with dead batteries you still get to hear your music just no noise canceling. One bad thing is after awhile of wearing them your ears do start to sweat. I don't recommend them for working out.

Like these headphones for the first 2 days but the next time I went to use them the right side speaker was blown... Bose is supposed to be a good quality and I always heard how they're better than beats but every beats I've ever owned could handle the bass no matter how high the music was played. Never ever had a problem with beats but this is my first pair of Bose and I'll never ever go with Bose again. I'm returning them right away. I'd rather spend more money on beats. Beats blow these out of the water

I'm happy with the investment put into these headphones. The sound is nice and crisp. The noise cancellation is the star here as it drowns out the outside noise. i commute on the train and with one flick of the button is just you and your music. I even use the noise cancellation without the music if I decide to get some shut eye in the early morning commute.

I've had these for over a year and a half now and I must say that they work just as well as the day that I first bought them. The noise cancelling feature is outstanding and the music sounds so rich (even at a low volume). Used them on a train and didn't hear anything but my music and/or movie. Very satisfied with this purchase!!

Amazing Headphones, really recommend especially for plane travel. Lightweight and come in a sturdy case to offer protection.

I love these headphones. Driver's seemed to get a little better. It does take double AA batteries though instead of rechargeable

I decided to write this review after I was looking for my receipt for warranty service after one of the ears on my headphones went dead. Less than 1 yr of service. I'm calling Bose tomorrow to try to resolve but I can't believe they would die after 1 year. The sound is ok, the sound cancellation is amazing and they are very comfortable.

I purchased these headphones to help me study at school. These headphones cancel every possible noise out and helped me focus. I also used these when traveling by airplane and could not hear anything but my music the whole time. Best investment I have made, can't wait to test them out at the Nascar race this summer.

Hands down one of the best head phones Ive had. The wire gave out after so much heavy use, managed to get one online, cheap and easily. The noise canceling aspect is far beyond what I imagined. Have to becareful while using these on the streets. Love them !

Within a year the faux leather covering the foam interior disintegrated and the foam started to come out. They maintained good sound, but the foam was uncomfortable to the ear and made it seem like the foam was disintegrating into a dust. For the price, these should have lasted many years. This has happened on two separate Bose headphone purchases. I am now trying a Sony to see if theirs last.

Definitely worth the money. You will have to get use to them if you haven't use noise canceling headphones before. Blocks out a large amount of the noise.

I've owned a pair of Bose QC3 On-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones for many years and love them. I wanted to buy a pair of Over-Ear Noise Cancelling headphones for my wife for Christmas and stuck with Bose since I've always considered them as the best quality out there. I purchased the QC25 headphones as a gift for my wife for Christmas and ever since she started using them, the right cup would cut in and out. Eventually, it stopped working all together. To my surprise, after performing a Google search on this issue, MANY others are experiencing the same problem. Additionally, they weren't that loud. To get the level we liked, we had to crank it up to almost 100%. I returned the product to Best Buy and rather risking getting another faulty set, I paid a little extra and got the Beats Studio Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones. Whoa. What a difference! Both my wife and I agree that the quality, fit and sound were of higher quality than the Bose. The Noise-Cancelling quality was similar. I am now jealous of her set and will most likely be replacing my QC3's with the same Beats headset. Hope this helps.

Was expecting alot from these, but I was quite disappointed. No bass, and volume wouldn't allow me to go as loud as I wanted. Sound is definitely not worth $300 - my existing $100 SOL's sounded better. Traded in the next day for Beats Studio which were on sale for $199 and was blown away - love them!!! You better step it up Bose.

I have now broken mine in and I enjoy them. Cuts out 90% of airline engine and cabin noise without music playing and 99% with music playing. I don't feel as exhausted from the loud engine roar as I used to without them. The only reason I did not mark them 5 star is because the price may be prohibitive to most. However, they work exceptionally well if you can afford them.
