Comfortable to wear and easy to use does what it claims to do.

These headphones are ugly, but that didn't deter me from buying these expensive pieces of **** anyway. I bought into the whole "Bose delivers superior quality products" lie, the headphones themselves worked fine and I did in fact fall in love with the noise canceling ability, however during the very first time I used the headphones (like straight out of the box) I experienced trouble with the right earcup. The audio would only come out of the left earcup, I checked the chord connections on both ends and they were secure. When I rotated the chord (like from the jack inside the headphones) I would stop hearing audio in the right earcup again. The only time I have ever experienced this with headphones is when they're really old and the wiring in the cable starts to get damaged. Only problem? I bought these headphones YESTERDAY! Needless to say they are going back to Best Buy today. I haven't decided if I will try a new pair, get Beats, or get a refund... Bose is very very close to losing a customer for life!

Great for noise canceling and comfortable to wear.

Very nice headphones! Noise cancelling feature is unbelievable on an airplane - no longer need to have the volume all the way up to hear dialogue in a movie like I did with iPhone earbuds.

I recently went on vacation to Vegas and used these on the plane. The sound on them is phenomenal and the noise cancelling worked great! Love these headphones a lot!

Tried this and other headphones for use on airplanes. None were as good as the Bose QC-25 headphones for providing a near silent listening environment.

The noise canceling is perefect. Wore them next to my air conditioner and couldn't even hear it. Great for gaming.

The noise canceling is one of the best around. I love how even though if the battery runs out, my music can still play.

I love these headphone but I wanted wireless noise canceling headphones. Bose finally made one so I return this.

I bought these in 3/2015 and purchased the 2 yr protection plan from Best Buy as well and then by the first week in June 2017 the right ear (cable) has already stopped working. Got static, in/out sound and now nothing. I have read reviews that said it is because of the folding of the ear cups that pinches or moves the cables too much. Now I have to hope Bose will fix the issue at no cost. Not happy. To replace them I bought JBL Bluetooth in ear Sport headphones and couldn't be more happy. If Bose pays for the repairs and shipping, then I will be another happy customer.

Awesome headphones, first pair of high quality headphones and I love them.

This is the second time that the headphones have stopped working. For some reason the left ear speaker stopped working again. I am careful with my headphones, i place them in their case after i am done using them and never toss them around, yet this is the second time this happens within a year. I would expect a bit more quality for the price. I am glad that i decided to get the service plan. I am even considering going for a different manufacturer to avoid the issue. It is a real shame because i love the sound quality and the headphones dont buzz like other noise canceling headphones.

I bought the headphone last November 2014. Very soon the left side had a problem and initiated to fail sometimes. I had used it for 3 months or less and really rare. I was very, very disappointed. I'm from Brazil and now I'm in touch with the BOSE service trying to set out the headphone working good again I hope. For that price I would expect a more serious build quality.

Received my Bose headset just in time for an airplane trip. Perfect timing. I do have an issue with the fit of the headset. I have a smaller head so they were a little uncomfortable. Kept falling towards the back of my head, which did not allow the ear covers stay on my ears. Not adjustable enough across the top the fit correctly. The sound was good and the noise canceling worked. I have other headsets that I compare these with and the in the ear ones worked just as well with the sound and the canceling of the noise.

I bought these headphones to replace my well worn Sharper Image ones that I LOVE but they have seen better days. Based on the rating I thought they would be comparable. I got them home and tried them out, they seemed tight but I figured they would release with time. I wore them for 2 hours and got a blinding headache, they also go around your ear so tight and there is suction over your ear which feels very uncomfortable. $300.00 for headphones is a bit steep but I would have sucked it up for quality but not for a headache, so they are going back. Hope you have better luck.
