    Just took my headphones out of the package and if you twist the wire that connects to the headphones sound cuts out. Not worth 300 dollars. Very disappointed.

    Beautifully sounding headphones with excellent noise cancelling, while they last. Used these on regular basis with no misuse for just over 12 months at computerand then, left channel suddenly failed. Not the reliability expected from a Bose premium product! Not repairable

    I bought these headphone in February of 2015. I must have used them a total of 10 times while travelling and the right side has stopped working for no reason. Seems lots of people have had a similar experience. It's disappointing to have spent $300 on a product that lasted a little over 24 months.

    Just like many others, sound stopped coming out of the left side after 20-30 uses. Bose offered a "discounted" price for a new set of headphones. At $10 per use, the price is not worth it. The representative did say there was a problem with some units but not with mine even though it is the same problem. Before having this issue I was quick to recommend Bose including these headphones. Now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    After 18 months, the right speaker stopped working. it cuts in and out when the outside cup is pressed hard. Apparently, this is a well known issue with this model. Look through the reviews on the Bose web-site. I wish I had before making this purchase. The headphones were used only a few dozen times and always stored in the case when not in use.

    Horrible construction

    I do not recommend this product, after about one year and one month the left speaker went out. They were only used a few times a month, mainly for business travel and almost always kept in the storage case. Buyer beware! Sound quality also decreased over time.

    I loved these headphones, however, after about a year the right speaker stopped working. These headphones are way too expensive to only last a year, which is conveniently when the warranty is up. Do not buy these.

    I bought these at the end of July 2015 and the right ear piece doesn't work! I have taken very good care of these and always store them in their case! $300 is a lot of money to have these just die on me!
