This is my first noise cancelling headphone and I am impressed. I debated for a long time whether to purchase this headphone given fairly steep price tag, but finally decided to buy it and I am very happy with it. There is still a part of me that feels guilty for spending this much money on a headphone, but hey, I've worked hard and I should reward myself once in a while.

First time buyer for anything bose purchased related, so was skeptical at first even tho ive heard great reviews about the company itself, did some research as anybody else would, and went ahead and bought myself a pair. The reason for the purchase was for casual music, as im walking , or doing daily activities i wanted to use for that purpose. Great Headset overall had them for a few days, bought the warranty just in case the earcups started to rip off or peel off, but overall, very satisfied for my purchase.

These headphones do what they say. Very comfortable with good acoustics. Noticeable difference when noise reduction turned off/on.

The Bose headphones are amazing! Great noise canceling and comfortable for long periods. I use these daily and I don't miss my apple headphones.

Great sound and noise canceling feature. They fit over the ear (not uncomfortably on the ear as some) so are very comfortable to wear. And they are not big and bulky like the previous set that I bought and returned. I love the fact that they use batteries and are not rechargeable. Makes it easy to just switch out a battery on an airplane.

I am definitely NOT a Bose person. Never was sold on their home theatre systems. I was looking for headphones for listening to classical music. My wife actually convinced me to listen to the demo using the noise cancelling. I was definitely impressed with the noise cancelling aspect. I was even more impressed when I was out of the store and started listening to music at home. The noise cancelling is impressive, but makes one aware of how much ambient noise interferes with one's listening even with headphones on. So this Bose product I can definitely recommend.

I have a set of the QC15 Bose headphones and absolutely love them. So it seemed that the QC 25 was the next level of improvement. When I saw them in the store, I decided I had to bring them home. They now allow the headphones to work even with a dead battery and claimed that the noise cancelling was even better. On these points I agree with Bose. Beyond that, the sound quality was worse. The sound is quieter, (not as loud as the QC15) and the base is muted. The sound is quite crisp and clean as always with Bose, but at "audiophile" volumes, I was dissappointed. I find that the QC15 has better all around sound and remains my favorite set of wired headphones. (I own the original Beats Studio, among others). I have also recently purchased the Beats Studio Wireless, which I really enjoy. I still find the QC15 a better overall sound quality, but given the battery life and lack of wires, I find myself using the Beats Studio Wireless more than anything else. They improved their noise reduction over the original wired Beats Studios. I bought mine at Best Buy for around $379 so they are a bit pricey, but for the convenience on the airplane..... I really like them. So if you don't listen at high volumes, this is a good choice. If you like it fairly loud, I'd look at an older set of QC15s or you can go to the Beats Studio Wireless like I have.

Comfort and immaculate sound quality is why I chose this Bose headset....not to mention I want the option of a quiet experience while traveling.

Shuts out ambient noise, and is extremely comfortable to wear. I'm very pleased with these earphones. Recommend them highly - well worth the money.

These earphones really deliver. They are comfortable, have great sound, and the noise cancellation is amazing. These earphones shine on flights.

From one who does a lot of international travel, I was looking for headphones that would block out all the noise from the jet engines as well as the screaming babies. These headphones were exactly what I needed. They block out all noise and still allow you to hear all your favorite tunes with no interference. A bit pricey, but for a top quality product, they are worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend and would purchase another if needed.

Excellent quality sound. Very comfortable when using. They do not block the outside sound completlly but enough to enjoy music.

I was thoroughly hesitant to buy these due to the price. $300 for a pair of headphones is no small amount in my house. Boy am I glad I went ahead! Since the purchase, I have used them for a trip to Australia and 2 trips to Hawaii (work trips, it's rough, I know..). With light music playing, they completely eliminated multiple screaming children on 2 of the flights. Now we look for excuses to use them around the house. I use them to record a podcast and my uses them to drown out distractions when reading her Bible. I can't recommend these enough!

Amazing buy. Headphones are great. They fit nicely in case, fit on my head comfortably, dont get that warm around my ears, do a good job of blocking out the outside noise at my desk at work, have excellent sound quality, dont drain the battery in the phones by constantly using the noise canceling feature. All around excellent quality and worth the money.

The headphones give great natural sound quality, The ear piece is very comfortable for using for an extended period of time - such as on a trip.

I bought the quiet comfort 25 acoustic noise cancelling headphones for my husband for christmas. He is a lover of music, especially loves jazz. We were both impressed with the ability to tune out the world with the noise cancellation and we really love how you can hear every instrument, note and beat. These headphones are so good they are beyond words.

The headset is constructed of quality materials. Noise cancelling feature is excellent. The headset is very comfortable. A must for travel.
