I did a lot of research on different types of headphones because I wanted something to cancel the noise while I mow the grass. I decided that spending the money on Bose was worth it after talking to a sales associate and I am happy with my decision. These are an investment worth making!

These headphones are pricy but worth it. The ability to store in compact case is great for someone who travels. The noise cancelling is top notch with sound quality very good. Construction of headphones is solid. Replacement of previous Bose that lasted 12 years with no problems.

Bose are good for anc but bass is not strong beats have strong base but poor noise canceling

Excellent headphones for my college bound kid. How do I know they cancel noise so well? Because my son can't hear me, the dog, his little bro, or his father when he is wearing them, so they are bound to block out al noise in his dorm room. He also says the music quality is excellent.

Decided to step up to an adult set of headphones for traveling after going through several sets of earbuds in the $1-150 price range. Used them recently on a road trip and couldn't hear the road noise or the music playing loudly on the car stereo. Absolutely amazing set of headphones!

This is my first set of noise cancelling headphones and I am pleased The fit is very comfortable and I was able to use it on the plane for 8 hours without discomfort. The noise cancelling minimizes the high ambient noise from the plane and provides excellent audio performance. The new case is convenient and has an outline of the headphones so that you can put it back into the case easily. This is for you if you travel extensively.

I work in a noisy office were sometimes it can be hard to hear customers on the phone. This headset is excellent for allowing me to focus on what is important - the customer. During downtime listening to music is truly a pleasure with these as well. An excellent investment.

I love these headphones for traveling on an airplane. The sound is very clear and I don't have to listen to everyone else's conversations. I especially enjoy using them when watching movies. I wish I would have bought them sooner. The convenient carrying case is handy too.

These headphones certainly delivered. Great quality sound. I listen to classical music and a lot of headphones are designed with only popular music in mind. These headphones allow me to enjoy a broad spectrum of music with studio quality sound. The noise reduction feature is great!

it is the best speaker I ever use. The price is a little high to me but it worth the money. The active noise cancelling technology does the job very well. Now I can enjoy my time on flight and shuttle. One of my best investment of the year. Recommend to everyone who travel a lot.

These are great for traveling on a plane, blocks out sounds perfectly! Works great for our daughter in college too! She needs silence when she studies in her dorm so these work perfect for that too! Our family has 3 pairs of these and we love them!!

Works great on my iPhone. Great for noisy environments. Also works well on airplanes. This is my second purchase. My wife grabbed the first one I purchased for her iPhone. Be sure to get the version for your phone type. The iPhone version doesn't work well on Androids.

I have couple active acoustic noise cancelling headphones. This is the better one I purchased so far. It is comfortable to wear for long time and the audio quality is good. The price drop makes it more affordable and competitive to other brand. Overall a good buy.

Used the headphone on two 10 hours flights. They worked so well that when I took them off it was as if the sound in the aircraft was slapping me in the face. In flight movies were also amazing as the sound was perfect and I actually found myself turning down the volume.

The headphones are great for blocking out sounds that are a constant noise like a laundry washer/dryer or dishwasher but not so great for blocking non-constant noises like whistling and tapping. Overall, I have been really happy with the purchase.

Best headphone I ever had. Been flying between USA and Asia for business. This head phone let me sleep entire flight. Worth every penny. Noise cancelling is so good.

This is the best noise canceling headphones I have listened to. I wish Qc25 had little bit of more bass. Other than that everything is perfect and very comfortable.

I've tried other noise canceling headphones, but Bose just makes the best product hands down. I have Quiet Comfort 15 that I bought for myself years ago, and love them. I bought these as a gift for my wife, and am impressed that the new ones are even better than mine.

These were great noises cancelling headphones. They're quite comfortable and fit well over the ear. They're a typical Bose product, superior sound and balanced bass. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this since Bestbuy's site doesn't indicate that you need triple A batteries to run them. I only gave a 4 star rating due to the fact that it doesn't have an internal rechargeable battery. You need actual batteries to run them, unlike it's competitors such as Beats by Dre, Sony, Samsung Level Ones, etc.. they have built in rechargeable batteries. For 299 bucks, it should have a built in rechargeable battery. Fix this and Bose gets 5 stars.

Routinely use these on overseas flights. Great job of blocking out noise and also allowing one to watch movies when you want. Not quite comfortable enough to sleep with but easy to forget they are on normally.
