These are one of the few headphones that not only have good sound but good call quality as well. I certainly wouldn't consider myself an audiophile but they sound great to me. The biggest sellers for me were the call quality and multipoint support. I do quite a bit of data center work and am able to communicate much better inside the DC with these.

I was a bit skeptical ordering these. I travel a lot and the Apple Air pods were not cutting it. So I went with these and I have to say they changed my mind about over the ear headphones. Sometimes I will just turn on noise cancellation just to concentrate on work or academics. Another feature I enjoy is app sharing. I can have my headset on and if another person has a Bose headset they can listen to my music on my device.

Great Sound quality and very easy to use, charge lasts more than two days depending on usage ( I used around 4 hrs/day)

So I'd never used active noise cancelling before. I never notice how much ambient noise I'm dealing with but when you turn these off it blows my mind how much I'd been having to tune out myself without them. The only down side to these is that if I take a call while in a crowded place (Like an airport where I'm likely to be using them), the person I'm talking to hears other voices quite loudly. So I've started to turn these off for phone calls instead. I would like it if they could do both. I was worried that I'd be oblivious to people trying to talk to me or to hearing annoucements but there is a range of voices that comes through pretty well. When I'm sitting near people having a conversation I wish I could turn this off but then again, I've needed to pay attention to somebody trying to talk to me too and I appreciate that. I'd say the balance is pretty good really.

Great noise canceling capability. More comfortable than the previous models. Connects to phone quickly. Only downside is that the microphone pics up ALL surrounding noises during phone calls and it seems like it amplifies them! Still love them for traveling.
