Amazing headphones. I use them for work and school. It allows me to be in busy halls or near other works and be able to completely block them out. I will also say (these vs Sony headphones) the quality of sound for these headphones are much better than almost all other headphones I tried. Bose knows how to do it right.

I love these more than the most current model. The ear padding is replaceable, which is good if you are looking to have these long term. Easy to wear inside. Outside, I don't wear them above 65 degrees because I will sweat in them if I am on a long walk. Perfect in the fall and spring.

These headphones are over the top in the following areas: sound, noise canceling, and quality of materials. I’ve had the same pair of Bose headphones since my freshman year at KU. That was 6 years ago. I’m a first year medical student and pretty much study non-stop. My parents gave me a new pair of Bose for Christmas this year. There’s nothing I would have appreciated more!

Noise suppression is superior to others we tried and cushions are very comfortable

Hard to go wrong with Bose. They sound great, pair easily with my devices. I have not used them on an airplane, yet, but that will be my real test of appreciation. I have used them while mowing (new battery mower) and am able to listen at a comfortable volume. And, in general listening, I get great sound without blasting my ears.

My new headphones took its first international airplane ride and delivered as expected. As cute as those babies are in a plane, there's nothing like them, when they start to cry...this headphone was my saving grace. It muffled the cries and I was able to enjoy my movies. This sounded beautifully with my new music playlist. The sound was crisp and clear. Will be enjoying this buy for more trips to come.

I used these frequently to study on and watch lectures and pertinent videos. With these I can block out any external sounds, they are absolutely incredible. Also work really well for hands free talking on the phone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My only compliant is that after hours of daily use they can start to irritate the top of my head, but that is to be expected when you are wearing them for 6+ hours a day.
