    The last model I owned (left them on an airplane) had adjustable, this pair does not. The quality is good enough that I overlook the inconvenience.

    Love them, use daily for work calls on my computer, and personal when listening to music and shows. The Geek Squad protection plan is worth it, the ear pads started coming apart at just under 2 years old, so they just replaced them with a brand new pair off the shelf.

    Nice product but expensive. Noise cancelling is pretty good if not the best. However, the Bose app is not that good for usage.
